Our order of July 2023 was never completely filled and business took our $175+ and we did not get merchandise. Discover sided with business, so best to avoid both.

The reviews on this page are pretty shocking, so I'm not sure if there's new owners now or I came on a good day, but I got what I needed to done. Weeks ago, I ordered tennis shoes from a company that is apparently based in the Netherlands. When I went to return them, it said I could only do so at a DHL drop-off location. They are surprisingly hard to find. This spot is also closed on the weekends and closes at 5pm which makes it hard to get to when you work full-time. I finally drove over here during a lunch break to drop off my package and they took it quickly and easily. The store itself was quite cluttered, but the woman working helped me out and I'm glad to no longer have that package in my car!

Store owner called me an "idiot" for simply asking him if he can help me track my package (the last few numbers on my receipt was blurred). He reprimanded me for not taking a picture of the package with the shipping label and tracking number on it. Not helpful, abhorrent, rude and disgusting behavior. I am really not sure as to why they are still in operation. Please go somewhere else.

My mailbox was cancelled with no notice no reasoning and no refund. I'm still wondering why. This has caused almost irreparable harm to be my business. I was a big fan and referred everyone here. I no longer recommend this place.

First time There was a lady that did my business card she was good. She did what I asked and needed and was very happy with her. The second time I came in a guy name Chris did my business menu and it looks like he knows what I was wanting done but I guess he didn't understand a single thing Or forgot after I left there and trusted him with the menu process. I even simplify it down for them yet nothing was done right. Don't ask for them to create anything menu wised for your business here because they can't do it! Not even the simplest task. I was not happy considering I have to repeat what I want and needed to be done 4-5 times and yet still got an email from them asking what was needed to be done and printed like really? I already told you and came in the twice to explain it. I even told them I need it done ASAP and waited almost two weeks and nothing was done but a proof copy that wasn't even right. Very disappointed and their communication and lack of service sucks. Charging $20 an hour to create something that was so simple and all u had to do was copy it onto the menu?... I'll take my business elsewhere.

These are the kindest, most helpful people you will ever find in a mailing place. They go above and beyond for their customers!

The clerk took advantage of my 90 year old father who uses a walker and has a hard time getting around. He charged my dad $69 to overnight (via "UPS Saver," no less) a 3 page letter to me. When my dad, who knows nothing about overnight shipping or mailing anything (my deceased mother took care of that sort of thing for him), mentioned that the price seemed awfully high, and was that normal, the clerk told him that "California is a long way from Indiana" and assured him that other mailing methods were even more expensive. BEWARE! UPDATE: Owner responded, so I double checked the prices. UPS charges $49 for this service, so the owner did a $20 markup. Both charges seem like a lot (UPS seems more extreme than the store, frankly). USPS would be $25 for overnight and $7 for 2nd day.

Beware!! The Mailing Station charged my ninety-year-old father $69 to overnight me a letter via "UPS Next Day Air SAVER". My dad uses a walker and didn't have the energy to shop around. He asked the clerk why it was so expensive and the clerk explained that "California is a long way from here." my father thought it was a lot of money but with no experience with mailing services he didn't know the difference. I feel like they totally took advantage of a senior citizen and are not to be trusted.

Have had mailboxes here for years; excellent service and everybody seems to know your name before they've met you. Locally owned and very flexible and helpful whenever needed.

Had to swing by this location for an errand, and was pleasantly surprised. Located on the northside off of allisonville in fishers you can find the mailing station. To be honest I thought you could just have a P.O. Box in here, and then mail or have things notarized. They also can do a fingerprint appointment! Who knew? Now you do! Clean and well organized store, also with a lot of Knick nacks, like funky socks, charms and coloring journals. They got me right in and right out I was happy with how prompt it was. Go here for all your mailing or finger printing needs!

Good people and service. Prices are completely absurd, which basically forces you to use the post office, which is inefficient and provides typically blah service.

I had the Fishers Mailing station create and print business cards for my husband. It was nice that they did'nt charge any setup or card creation fee. BUT it was a long a tedious process to get the design done. I gave them an example of the format I wanted with detailed notes about the colors and setup. The first design they created was correct but they added in a color I hadn't asked for. When they gave me a second design, the colors were correct but they changed the design. Needless to say it was a long process to get the design finalized. I do admit that I made changes multiple times, but the business card I needed for my husband had to meet specific requirements and The Mailing Station should be respectful of that. So, after two and a half weeks the cards were ready to be printed. I made the payment and they told me the cards would be ready within 3-5 business days and that somenone would contact me when they were ready for pick up. It had been 5 business days and I hadn't received a call to pick up the cards, so I emailed the owner about the status. A few hours later I received a phone call confirming that the cards were ready and I should pick them up at the 71st street location. I found this odd, being that I live in Fishers and there is a Fishers Mailing Station location. I asked why I had to go down to 71st and the employee told me that I had requested that location. The only way I communicated with this company is via email and I never requested to pick up these cards from another location. Why would I go to 71st street if the Fishers location is where I was doing all the work???? So, I requested they deliver the cards to the Fishers location and said they'd do that later that day or at the very latest, early the next morning. Well, I had a family member try to pick up the cards the next morning and they weren't there! An employee said they were at the 71st location!!!!! How frustrating!!! I needed to have these cards in my hand that day and I didn't have time to be running around town because of someone elses ignorance. To top it all off, I contacted the FIshers location later on to express my deep dissatisfaction and the employee seemed like he couldn't care less that the company had really put me out. WORST of all, the owner of The Mailing Station soon called me to address my concerns but much to my surprise he wasn't concerned about me and my experience at all. He was interested in blaming me for how long it took to design the card; he rambled on and on about how he should've charged me more and called me a difficult customer!!!! Without ever trying to sympathize with me or offer an apology he suggested that he should throw away my cards and refund my money....wow....good business strategy there! WILL NEVER RETURN AND WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE DOES BUSINESS WITH THE MAILING STATION!!!!!!
