The cashier at this location is not friendly and she is always on her phone. Never greets you. Barely makes eye contact. Customer service should be about greeting customers, being friendly, and making customers feel welcome. Looks like Speedway Gas is the better option on that end of 116th street.

Just joined the rewards because I live in the area and on my way I usually stop here. Noticing the recent promotions I joined the rewards program. Anyway I had bought two things that had the qualifying item stickers on the racks. The employee literally told me “ they were for decorations only and he didn’t put the signs up” I asked him to come take a look because I know I was not tripping. Both the items had the sticker but for some reason didn’t any offers from it. Not sure what that was about but it’s a pretty clean spot nothing fancy

Diesel pump automatic stop failed, spilled fuel all over my paint and doubled what my car holds. The manager refused to give me a refund anyways it was THEIR PUMP that failed. I went in very calmly asking for a refund and she got super defensive saying, "that's not my problem that's yours" and started yelling and cursing at me after I explained it was her pump that failed. My car only holds 12 gallons, it charged me for 20. They also apparently previously knew the pump failed and didn't close the pump. She stated they had been trying to get a technician to come look at it for a while. The fact they left the pump open after knowing it didn't work properly, and then refuse to give customers their money back is insane. They told me the manager was in 6am-2pm, I work til 7am- 5pm and also live 20 minutes away from that gas station so I woke up an hour early to drive way out of my way to get this resolved just for them to treat me like trash. Never giving them a bit of business again. This place is criminal.

Had 2 people in the kitchen but no one to assist customers to check out. I waited for 5 minutes and finally just walked out. Cross train your employees

Bad place... Previous manager did a lousy job managing the place. Car wash was often out and trash was overflowing. The squeegee containers NEVER had water. New manager is a very young female that doesn't get her manager responsibilities done either. NO water in containers, completely dry, haven't been filled in weeks. When I complained about that, she acted as if it's outside of her responsibility to make sure they are filled. She said she was the new manager and can't handle everything. No excuses... You're not managing the place properly. Upper management, you need to fix this.

Current staff are always friendly and helpful. However maintenance is a problem (due to management). Fountain machine broke in December 2021 and has still not been replaced. Cappuccino machine(s) are mostly out of service. The Speedway at 116th and Olio Rd is nicer with working infrastructure and prices are the same. When I need gas, I usually go there even though it is farther because everything works.

To be located in such of beautiful city( Fishers), this gas station needs some attention. Restrooms are always dirty, looks like they have not been cleaned in a while.

Used to have the lowest price of gas in the area a few years ago but now routinely has the highest. Gas right now at this station is 5.19 when there are gas stations in the area with prices below 5 bucks or just above 5 bucks.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for gas.

Horrible service. Rude. Cashier on phone with family. Just sat there and gave me a dirty look until she was finished. Bathroom toilet backed up. Wouldn’t accept $100 bill even this purchase was $50
