The management at this location is terrible. The front desk provided me incorrect information on how to use my expiring session from another location. They booked my session past the expiration date because they did not have a stretch therapist. The front desk advised because they didn't have someone to provide the service they would honor it later. When it was time for my appointment I received an update the therapist quit. The manager explained there's nothing they can do because my session expired. Nothing was offered to me for their misinformation. I find the therapists are good but management has poor conflict resolution and the front desk does not know the policies. That adds up to bad service. I will not go back nor recommend them to anyone.

Front desk is very rude. Hang up on me. Don’t honor my last session. As a family have spent lots of money there. Never go back there. They don’t even follow their policy. Base on their policy either they owe me money or one session. I’m very disappointed.

I received a facial and a back treatment from the new este Whitney today and omg, as a massage therapist, I almost feel like it was one of THE BEST services I've received ever! So much lymphatic fluids were moved around, her touch was perfect, she's knowledgeable and formally educated in dietary issue related to skin, hormones, products and make up ingredient. I left feeling so so uplifted!

The staff at this Massage Envy is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Abbey is so sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend going to this location for all your needs.

When I booked a therapeutic massage I wasn't aware I should've called ahead to find out whether or not my therapist was going to wear latex gloves the entire time. Not only was it physically unpleasant (there is no amount of lotion that prevents the friction from latex gloves hurting your skin and pulling your hair) but nothing says "Hey thanks for your money, but I actually don't want to touch you" like a massage therapist in gloves. I should've wasted my money somewhere else.

Massage was great, props to Bunny on that, the front desk thou...They charged me extra 50$ from 80$ to 130$, after calling them back they Sayed the charge of 130$ would be cancel on my Credit Card and charge me the 80$. didnt happen, 3 weeks after the charge I got my Credit Card bill and I went there personally to explain that I was charged already and they would need to deposit the money on my account or give me it in cash, the front desk looked at me like I was a bagger. She, on her words, was not able to help me and I should wait. I asked her to tell her boss to contact me so I can explain she/he my situation, she took my phone number and her boss never contacted me. this was Tuesday, Friday I was charged again 80$ on my credit card, ofcourse they tried to cancel the other 130$ charge, but was not possible because I already payed my credit card bill.DONT TRUST THE FRONT DESK

I have been a member of various Massage Envy locations for the past 10 years. My mind and body have benefited from monthly massages. I want to shout our Rob at the Fishers location. This last month I had a 90-minute massage session with him, and it was one OF THE BEST massages I have had at any Massage Envy location. I may regret this... but Rob works Monday-Friday. Splurge on 90 minutes!

Every time I book at this location they always contact me to either change or cancel my appointments. Switch either to another therapist or another time. Prices go up and service goes down. Some don't even start your massage on time so you will not even get what you pay for. Would not recommend buying membership.

My massages are always great, BUT the front desk has screwed up my appointments 3 times. It's getting really old. I've been going there for several years, but I'm considering switching because I'm tired of dealing with it.They also have little to zero understanding of a medical issue that my 4yo son developed during the day. It required me cancelling a couple hours before my appointment. I was still charged for the missed appointment. Next time I'll just bring in the vomit and diarrhea germs to share so that I won't get charged for a missed appointment. Do better!!!!!! Glad my membership is ending.

Massage Envy is fabulous, but they do not have a human-free option. If you would prefer a totally private, human-free way to relax, look into Zero Gravity Massage.

While I truly enjoy my massage therapist personally, as she's very personable, professional and wonderful at her art, ME has canceled on me the same day or day prior to the appointment twice in a row now. While, I understand people get sick, esp given COVID, both cancellations weren't due to COVID. I didn't realize the second apt was canceled until I showed up to my appointment. The manager claims she tried calling me that morning, mind you, I had just received an apt confirmation msg the day prior, but I must have missed the call and they never sent me a cancellation text/email like they usually do when they've canceled appointments. The manager agreed ( upon my request) to give me a free enhancement for my next apt, but when I requested she put it in writing instead of me trusting just her "word of mouth" the worker next her became very rude and accused me of being rude. She said "we all work closely together so we wouldn't lie to you." I told her that I never accused her of lying, but anything could happen between now and my next apt and the two of them might not even be working on the day of my return, so I wanted some sort of paper copy of her promise. The front staff that was present today has poor customer service.
