I recommend making an appointment for this location. I was in and out in 15 minutes. You will have to wait on other people who made appointments if you do a walk in.It seemed like there was only one person in the entire office (no reception even)Getting information about making an appointment and insurance is not the easiest. You talk to a machine for that and its difficult (if even possible) to get a real person to answer a question on the phone.

My doctor faces the tests to be done. Twice they did not recieve them . Then she tells me to go to Ohlio rd. . Someone needs to go supervise this joint immeditly

Have had secondary insurance for over 10 years. This pays all co pays. They have a problem with their billing department. I never get bills for my medical care except by MACL.I went for labs orderd by doctor 1-23-2013. Wouldn't do them caused i have an outstanding bill. They have been contacted by my care coordinator numerous times. This was at the Lantern Rd and 116t st location. This is their error. Also reciptist was asking how many more patients the doctor had. Complaining that they didn't come in near closing time. NOT very professional of her. Going to LabCorp instead. They do things correctly.

This place is horrible!!! The person has no business drawing blood. She wiped the area with a prep bad and began to blow on it!!! That is a huge no no then she dug for a vein like she was mining for gold. I finally asked her to stop. She refused and said almost have it and continued to dig for at least 15 seconds. Then they have not stored the sample correctly so now I have to go through it again. Their office refuses to give a call back.

I have anxiety about getting blood drawn, and when I walked into this location, the receptionist did not look me in the eye, and said "Have a seat. It will be a while." This may have been the most rude experience I have ever had with any receptionist. I left immediately and went to the location in Carmel (located in St. Vincent). This one is so much more friendly regarding staff and timeliness. DON'T waste your time at this location in Fishers. Worst experience ever.

Bad experience. Arrived right when they opened to a lady who was not friendly. I signed in. She disappeared. After 20 minutes of no service, I left. Went to the Carmel location, which had wonderful service. Don't waste your time at Fishers.

Messed up lab work for a 9 year old!Avoid this location!9 year old daughter needed lab work done and they did not follow the Doctors request. Now my child who is extremely scared of needles now has to have her blood drawn again! Obtuse manger of the Fishers location stated that they could only apologize for the "inconvenience".Avoid location!
