I cannot speak more highly of this place! Everything about my experience was an A+. I have had several negative experiences in the past with taking my car in, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome here. The staff was incredibly helpful, and pricing was probably the best you’re going to find.

I had an awful experience at this Midas location on 116th Street in Fishers. In October 2024, I had my back brake and calipers serviced here, but shortly after, they came loose, causing my brake to make a loud crunching noise. While they fixed it the first time, they didn’t resolve the issue properly. Just a week later in November, the same problem happened again, and this time it caused damage to my back tires and rims. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Do not trust this location with your vehicle—they clearly lack attention to detail and quality service. Avoid at all costs!

Had my car run over a pothole the night before I walked in Midas of fishers.The gentleman and his team inspected my car and did not even charge me a penny. As the saying goes honesty is the best policy. From henceforth Midas of fishers has my business.

They did allow me to check in after close which I appreciated, however, after spending over $400 the problem still isn't fixed. Took my car to the ford dealership after this bad experience and they told me that replacing the O2 sensor in my car had nothing to do with the code my engine was throwing. Midas also told me my valve cover was leaking, it is not. They also told me I needed new spark plugs and shocks on the back. I also do not need those...don't trust these people!!!!

These people do not keep their word. I've wasted gas coming here twice this week because I was told one thing on the phone and another in person. I have had work done here before and they do a great job and they are very friendly people, hence the two stars.

Called when 5 minutes away. Jennifer was nice and accommodating and got me in right away to check my tire with low pressure. Got my tire fixed on the spot.

On 465 East a truck tire blowout happened right in front of me at around 6:30am today and I ran over the remains of the tire. It went right under my Toyota RAV4 and only dragged for a quarter second before spitting out the back. Although I didn’t think there was any major damage based on the car still driving normal, no leaks, no weird noises, etc., I wanted to make sure it was okay.
I called around to a couple places but Midas was the one that had availability to see me right away. This was extremely convenient for me because I had to be at work at 9:00am. They did exactly what I asked for: a simple and quick visual inspection of the underside of the vehicle. I arrived on time and they took a look at the vehicle right away, thankfully there was no damage! They even showed me the underside of the vehicle and were very very generous with the cost of the inspection. These are really good guys and from my experience, a mechanic with integrity and heart is the mechanic to go to. I didn’t have to have work done on my vehicle today, but when my car does need repairs I’ll definitely use this shop.
Side note: I actually used to deliver parts to these guys when I worked for O’Reilly Auto Parts (they didn’t remember me because it was so long ago), but some of the same guys are still working at this same Midas location. They were cool guys then and they’re still cool now!

Today I went to this Midas location, due to my hood not opening for an oil change and another business not being able to open it. The gentleman there were quickly able to get it open and even offered an oil change, in which I took, since I was already there. They took my car in themselves and had be sit in a lovely air conditioned area and the gentleman at the front was the kindest person I’ve come into interaction with at a car place. The oil change was quick and I got an awesome deal for it (thank you to the guy at the front)! I will 100% be coming back to this location for future oil changes and other car related things. I literally drove home with a smile on my face! Thank you for making my hard day a much better day! Highly recommend this place!

My van was having issues with the breaks. I was able to get an appointment right away. They reviewed everything and adjusted the breaks in a very short time. This is so valuable when you need your vehicle available at all times.
