Moody's Butcher Shop is a quality small business committed to a sustainable, local food supply, sourcing from local Central Indiana farms and purveyors. The experienced butchers hand-cut all steaks, chops, and roasts, offering only the most tender and flavorful beef, pork, and poultry. The shop provides a local selection of meats, cheese, desserts, wine, fresh vegetables, and seasonings, with dozens of products to make entertaining easy. The staff is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful, happy to cut to preference and go the extra mile. The shop itself is very nice inside. Customers love the filets, strip steaks, chicken, 75/25 burger grind, and the bacon jam. The chicken salad is incredible, and there are occasional samples. It is a weekly visit for many, who recommend it to all friends, family, and neighbors, guaranteeing their proper meals come from Moody's.
Everytime we drive down to Indianapolis from Michigan, we stop here for some shrimp, but so sad they dont make the orange shrimp sauce anymore, that sauce was sooo amazing and wish I had the recipe lol but still a amazing place

Moody’s has most things you would need to whip up a great meal. I stopped in the day before Thanksgiving for a few filets and was so glad to see they were fully stocked! It’s also a great place for seafood, dips, sauces, and seasonings!
