“I am so grateful for this company. They gave us a great price, handled our items with care, and were extremely kind. Eddie and Keyshawn were incredible! They only took a little over an hour on the hottest day of summer to move heavy furniture up and down apartment stairs. Nothing was damaged, they were right on time, and fit us in even with their exhausting schedule. They took on sharp turns and difficult maneuvers to get our furniture where we wanted it. “This is my second time using Store It Indy and I still like them. The price is cheap $30 a month for a 5x5. I love that it's climate controlled and it's always clean. They had dolly's for customers to use also. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they really need to get an elevator or a ramp for the second floors. It's a pain carrying heavy boxes up a flight of stairs. Other than that good place, and the woman there was very friendly and helpful.”
