Juan and Jayson helped me throughout my whole process of getting my car. From the get go, they had good energy, easy to work with, and definitely made the buying cycle seamless. I went to Napleton Kia to sell my 2010 Ford Fusion and was so pleased with the outcome and customer service. Kogan Hill was very attentive and responsive to my needs and made the transaction easy, comfortable and fast. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had and highly recommend this dealership.

I do not recommend a purchase from this dealership if you value transparency and an honest price. I needed to replace my vehicle after an accident, and this transaction made me feel dirty and unhappy with my purchase. We had a long drive to this dealership and had our 3 young kids with us. When finalizing the purchase, the price was $2,500 more than the online advertised price. The reasoning was a paint protection add-on. They made up a story about the nearby 4 lane road and dirt. I was able to remove about half of this amount and landed at a number I could stomach.This is a bait and switch scam, and the kind of deceptive pricing our government is working on removing from various parts of our economy (event tickets, lodging, airlines). The FTC has proposed regulations as I write this addressing this exact tactic. This paint protection costs a couple hundred dollars at a detailing shop.It was a good lesson I learned. I never want to feel the way I did that day again. I now refuse to go to a dealership without confirming a price over the phone, and I now know the value of your home-town dealership vs. shopping for price and getting taken advantage of. I was naive, but I won't be again.

Walked in knowing what I wanted but also wanted to hear and learn information about other models! Jayson Garcia was our consultant and did an amazing job! He answered all of our questions and gave us great information and made us the sell! Overall the experience was fantastic and we will be back in the future!!

Q is the best. The service department used faulty parts, that they knew were faulty, to service my sweet van. Got home and my driveway was stained with a puddle of oil. Had to have my van towed. Then they said they didn't have any loaners and stuck me in a nasty vehicle with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I made it about 5 miles before I turned the rattling beast around and walked into Napleton Kia of Fishers so mad that I was ready to cry and pop someone's head off. Q and another gentleman in the office were the only two to understand my frustration and put me in a vehicle worthy of driving while my sweet new ride was on a flat bed because THEY USED FAULTY PLUGS. Now I'm just waiting for them to come scrub my driveway free of the giant oil stains.....Again, Q is the bee's knees. The service department is not.

The whole experience at dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. When we initially went to the dealership the car we went to see was not even there. We called before driving over an hour to make sure it was there. When we arrived, we were told that the car was getting repaired. Then we were told it was at another location. Finally, we were told it went to auction the day before. We should have just left at that point. Since we drove over an hour we decided to see what other options there were. We finally landed on a car, and bought it. We also purchased an extended warrant/service contract. Two months ago the vehicle just stopped working. We took it to get looked at. It turns out it has a faulty LoJack type device, which happens to be the one thing not covered on the warranty/service contract. The dealership didn’t disclose that the device was even on the car. We have been back and forth for months to get the dealership to do the right thing and cover the repair. Hyundai dealership we took it to said there is no way Napleton didn’t see the device on the car before selling it. It’s very easy to spot. Napleton refuses to do anything about. The GM even told us that’s the risk you take buying a used car. This is hands down the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. The lack of customer service is incredible. They truly could care less about their customers. Stay away from this dealership!

Kogan was amazing ! He is very knowledgeable and made the process comfortable. I enjoyed working with him. However ,there are a lot of hidden fees which is very frustrating. The price posted online is deceiving and not even close to what the actual will be . Even at the final signing ( after price negotiations have been done ) they still try to get you buy more.

You can't get any better than Napleton Kia!Q at Napleton made my car buying process quick, easy and most importantly pressure free. I've worked with this specific Kia dealership going on 3 years, often choosing to drive an additional 30 minutes from other nearby locations, because of their great service! I always have had a great experience with their sales team! He got me into the perfect car for me and continued to help me with anything I needed regarding my vehicle. Great people and great dealership! Highly recommend shopping here!

I love it here, my battery died after a couple weeks of owning the vehicle and the managers Chris and Adam helped me out and replaces it for free. They also gave me a full tank of gas. I enjoy a place that is willing to help when needed.
