My wife wanted monitor arms for her home office that matched those she had at work. Gary was incredibly helpful even though we were a tiny order compared to what they usually do. Highly recommend.

After purchasing online & later returning two ergonomic desk chairs I decided I’d make the trip to a brick & mortar store. The manufacturer recommended Officeworks & I made the hour trip. Their demo program was a pleasant surprise. They allow you to sample the chair at no cost in your home prior to making your choice. I’ve nothing but positive feedback My sales representative Ashley was essential in my decision making process. She was the one who suggested I sample the product before I make the investment. She patiently answered all my questions in person & via email. Leon was the person who the delivered the sample chairs & he was incredibly friendly, prompt in every aspect from replying to my emails delivering & picking up the sample to my home. Highly recommend this store they make for a low pressure & high quality customer experience.

Had a good experience. Staff was friendly. They have brand new Herman Miller office chairs to try, something I did not see at other local office stores. They offer more competitive prices than those listed in the manufacturer website and offered to lend a sample chair to try it out before purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.

Had some issues with one of the reps at first with responsiveness, but the sales manager has been very responsive in getting us a resolution. The office furniture we ordered is of a high quality, and the install was seamless and easy. Looking forward to working with them again!

Super slow unload. Receiving crew has terrible work ethic and poor attitude. Hate doing business with this place. The worse Herman Miller authorized dealer there is.

Not too terrible 3 hours to unload full trailer of office furniture. Par for the course. No room to overnight, but I did anyway...dock is a í·&£#! ¥€ to get into, tree branches everywhere when I left.
