I didn’t know closing at 10 meant locking the doors before then. Atleast put a sign on the door saying what time doors lock so I don’t have to run through the rain to find out you close 5 mins early

It was closed at 9:57pm. The door was locked and the cashier was there. Do you closed at 10pm? Change your hour to 9:55. ??♂️

Hands down my favorite liquor store of all liquor stores.

I came in at approximate 8pm and was the only one in the store. I was looking at the bourbon selection and planning to add a bottle or two. I was looking at the 12 year Calumet and would have purchased. The employee came out after I had already been there for about five minutes. I was taking my time looking at the bourbon selection, and planning to purchase some bourbon. The employee finally asked if he could help me with something, after I had been looking for about 15-20 minutes. He then asked if I was going to purchase something, because I could not be in there if I was not going to buy something. I inquired if they were about to close, and he stated "No, but I have other things to do." I then informed him that I was going to purchase a few bottles and spend at least $100, but not after his rudeness. I will not return to this store ever again. Employee had no interest in helping or saying anything to me, until I was there for about 20 minutes and it was an inconvenience to him. Horrible customer service. The only reason I give a 2 rating is because they had a decent selection.

Bad customer experience, never doing business again on this store. Staff doesn’t know the business. First, I asked about Spanish wines and they said they didn’t have any, then I found a few on my own. Then, at time of pay, they asked my wife to come to cashier because they had to ID her too (she is 50 by the way). I argue that she was not the one buying and could even be waiting in the car, but they claimed it was the law although this has never happened to me in any other wine store. This is just plain stupidity! Does that mean I cannot buy wine because I have family members that are underaged?!?

Prices are usually fairly competitive. Last time I was in I was berated by the cashier for noting a $5 discrepancy between shelf price, and what was wrung up. The staff present is always.....suspect at best.

Employees here are disturbingly anti-mask, will never come back even after the pandemic. Shop at your own risk!

All I can say is WOW!! I asked if they carried any more Easley wines, he actually said he never heard of Easley. I told him it was downtown Indianapolis and he still said never heard of it. I had a bottle of Easley Sweet Barrel Red on the counter. I would give a negative 5 instead of one star. Know your product and have a better attitude. It was just a question and you get hateful back. Will not return!!!!!!

They false advertised and charge me the incorrect price without providing me a refund. I'll never go back here

I visited this location last night 12/10/20. I was very excited to find the honey flavor of Jesse James because I rarely see it in the city. So, I purchased the 5 bottles they had remaining. The price was listed at $13.99. In my excitement, I didn't realize that the cashier had overcharged me when I checked out. While in the car, I realized the total was too high and I went back in the store. The cashier, asked me to grab one of the bottles so he could check the price. When he rung it up it came up to $16.99 a bottle, so I got charged $3 more per bottle. He told me that the computer price was correct and the posted price was wrong. I told him that was false advertisement and asked what he was willing to do for me to correct it. He responded that there was nothing he could do since I paid cash and he didn't have manager code. I told him you know this is BS right!? He said yes, but there is nothing he could do to assist. On top of this, I had originally left a $5 tip as well because he was originally accommodating smh. I'LL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN and I urge others who read this review to take their business else where as well. Great Customer Service is an expectation not a privilege, and there was so many better ways that this situation could have been handled to make for a fruitful outcome. Shame on you for this very poor display of "customer service!"

If they don't have what you want, they will order it for you ( as long as it's available in Indiana)

This place is a JOKE, I went to purchase a 24oz beer and a half pint of Fireball. The price was $9.40 rip off, but that's not the issue. I only had $7.00 in cash and 9 quarters and the guy behind the counter says, I ain't taking that change bro. I looked at him, mind you I was wearing my mask, the other two people in the store were wearing there mask but the douche bag behind the counter the one telling me he won't take my 9 quarters due to him being afraid of covid, was not wearing a mask. Dude you are a joke.

They have exactly what I needed. And the QT3.14159 behind the counter is just a plus. Thanks. I will be back. I promise.
