This is my favorite pet supplies store! When I lived in Fishers, Indiana, I frequented this location. I’ve moved to Florida 2 years ago but whenever I’m in town, I always come to this store.
I was actually at this store the week of Thanksgiving and I brought my dog in for a wash. I had recently purchased a discount card but I left it in FL and didn’t have it with me. I asked the Manager that was at the register if she’d be able to pull up my card in the system but she advised me that unfortunately, I had to have the physical card with me. I figured this was the case and was going to purchase a bath anyway but she went ahead and used a bath from my discount card and just asked me to make sure I crossed it off. This doesn’t seem like a big deal to some but it was a big deal to me because my dog really needed a wash, he has skin issues and will scratch and lick himself raw so I have to bathe him frequently. So thank you because I know you didn’t have to do this. I crossed it off :)

They have more than the typical pet supply store with accessories for you pets eg cat trees not just food and treats. Will be coming back.

We are a long time customer. We and our 3 large breed dogs love Pet Supplies Plus!!! We use Fromm dog food, which is rather pricey. Their prices beat every other store that carries Fromm. Not to mention their rewards program is outstanding. Staff are always very friendly & professional! We will never go anywhere else. Pawsome experience everytime!

I hate to admit it but I forget about pet supplies plus being in fishers. They have a great and affordable do ut yourself dog wash, prices of their products is fair and their staff are usually very friendly. I highly recommend this place

I use PetSuppliesPlus for delivery as well as pickup orders. They always get my order correct and it’s a quick service. The rewards seem to add up quickly too.

Was in town visiting family and ran out of food for my dog, so stopped by your location to get more. There was such a large variety of dog foods and had trouble finding the one I usually get. Cecilia the cashier at the moment helped me out so much, even with her hurt ankle. She had such a wonderful personality and such a warm and inviting aura. She greeted us from the moment the doors opened up and we stepped inside she made me feel comfortable and part of the store. She made me forget about the horrible experience I had at the other pet store I had gone to before that. She found the food I needed as I was browsing for other things I ended up leaving with more than what I planned ☺️ but the sales where great and she just made me feel appreciated. She is fantastic don’t get rid of her we need more people like her in this industry and give her a raise it’s well deserved!!!!! ??
