I visited recently and was really disappointed by the condition of their betta fish. Many were lethargic, barely moving in their cups, and several had visible fin rot. Even though the water didn’t look dirty, the fish were clearly unhealthy, which indicates they aren't getting proper treatment.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the manager Joe. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. When I had a question about pet care, they gave me vague and unhelpful responses. The way they handled my concern about the health of one of the pets in the store was shocking—he brushed it off and said, 'That's just how animals are.' It was clear they either lacked knowledge or simply didn’t care. The poor attitude and lack of professionalism make me question their ability to manage a store that deals with living creatures. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service or the well-being of animals.

Won't buy from there unless they are the last place to get something for my pets due to the new $0.10 fee to use a Disposable Bag to put your Purchases in that will either get reused for my Small Trash Cans at home or thrown away due to ripping while going to my Vehicle or to my Home.

Best service ever!!! I went to return a bag of dog food I got online with promotion. The associates helped me not only returned but also exchanged to what I needed for my baby. The lady even gave us an extra small discount with exchanging. I originally owned some but eventually got some changes back. The best customer service ever in sooooooo long. That is what makes your customer loyal!

Hours show 9am to 8pm it's 4:45pm and store is closed. Sign says closer 3pm to 5 pm this is unacceptable for a big box store. There are several people out here waiting for them to open back up. Was on hold with customer service while they got some information but after 10 minutes they hung up on me.

Miss living close to Petco!! We visited when we were in town and I was excited to see such a large selection of animal products. Wish we had one of these stores where I live now. Staff was friendly, store was clean and the animals appeared to be well taken care of. We will be back next time we come to the city. Would like to check out the grooming service. And gave 4 stars instead of 5 because their fish aquarium section looks like it could use a little more time and attention. Still, enjoyed our trip in.
