Isabelle and Andy have been grooming our Dutch Shepherds for years.
Lola, who has passed, a couple years ago was turned down for grooming by a couple groomers in the Fishers area(won't mention names), because Lola was incapable of being "boosted onto the groomers' table".
Well, Isabelle & Andy said, "We will make Lola feel as comfortable as we can!"
Lola lived to the grand age of a large dog to 15 years 6 months plus! Isabelle and Andy were so sweet to Lola to her last few weeks!
We will Never forget the kindness of Precious Paws and we'll ALWAYS/100% use them for grooming our dogs forever & ever. Such kind, loving couple for ALL dogs!❤️❤️❤️

I had an exceptional experience last week! The grooming service for my cutie was top-notch. The staff was incredibly professional and their expertise truly showed in the way they handled my furry friend. The attention to detail during the grooming process was impressive, and the end result exceeded my expectations. He not only looks amazing with a fresh haircut but also seemed to enjoy the process. I greatly appreciate the care and dedication the team put into making sure both the service and my dog's comfort were a priority. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend for their outstanding pet grooming services! ?✂️

We used to go to this groomer all the time with our American Eskimo. They always did an amazing job!! We have since moved away but haven’t found a groomer as good as Precious Paws.

I'm so happy I finally found a great groomer for my 9 year old maltipoo Nala. Isabelle was super friendly and accommodating. She fit me in super last minute, which I really appreciated because I know this time of year with the Holidays can be hectic and busy. Love supporting a local small business! My Nala girl looks great

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I repeat, DO NOT!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager or owner or whatever she is the most unprofessional and rude , I’ve ever dealt with.

They lie. I had to cancel my appointment a day before and rescheduled and was told I would be $25 for cancellation. Which was today November 4 just got home from. mayo Clinic last night, have problems getting lost. I got to my appointment 35 minutes late they took me even though I was late. Husband picked my dogs she char me an extra $90 for no show or calling to cancel last week. Ahhhhh if I didn't cancel how did I get the appointment today? Liars and thieves . DONT USE THEM TEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Had an issue with our dogs having been handled roughly at one of their visits to Precious Paws. I called to speak to someone to clear up the matter but had to leave a message. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. I ended up leaving 4 phone messages and still no call back. I emailed them as a last ditch effort and finally received a response that stated they “are booked through the end of the year and could not serve our dogs anymore”. So instead of calling me back to address the issue they decided to “not serve our dogs”. So for anyone looking for a new groomer, apparently Precious Paws is not accepting anymore animals as they are booked through the end of year. I will recommend a great groomer in noblesville, Puptown Girl. We had never had to wait more than a week to get in and they are very professional and great with our dogs. The only reason we tried Precious Paws was because it was closer to home. Big mistake.

I have owned dogs all my life and labradooodles for the last 14 years. I've used Precious Paws for several of those and have been very happy. If your doodle is matted there is an additional charge, as it should be. It is hard on both your dog and the groomer. My dogs also occasionally get matted when life gets in the way. It is unfair to blame the groomer. The business is clean, the grooming prompt, and my dogs look good and are combed out, not just the top part of the coat. The pandemic quarantine gave me new appreciation for how hard groomers work and the skill they have.
