Don helped me when I called and he sold me on pursuing this location based on his impeccable customer service. I had a slightly unusual situation with living out of town and he helped me thru it. He took all the time I needed and I booked my unit based on the unique customer experience I experienced. Highly recommend this location, Public Storage will be my first and only call for my storage needs! Thank YOU so much Don!

I recently visited this Public Storage location to check it out, and I was really impressed. Don was incredibly informative, professional, and helpful—he answered all my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward. I’ll be moving my things here as soon as my current storage contract ends. Great first impression!

This place is ridiculous. They never have staff on site. You can’t call and get an answer from a live person and they return calls when they feel like it. They make unreasonable increases without notice and as soon as your later they cut the locks off your unit, put their own locks on there and make you purchase new ones once you’ve paid your balance. I had a storage with two entrances and vacated my unit two weeks before the upcoming month and gave them notice and although they had access from once side, they told me they would be charging me to take the lock off from the other side, even though they cut it for free and without notice if you are late. I’ll never rent from them or recommend anyone to them again. The other strange companies are cheaper, better and more professional
