We recently had a storage unit at the Allisonville RD Location, and David was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, and really worked hard to make me feel safe and cared about. Would definitely recommend this location and commend David for his years of assistance.

Thank you to Dave at this location. Impeccable customer service yet again at another Public Storage facility. He went above and beyond to help and follow up on a message I had and it wasn’t even his store. These guys seem to not just work for their store but for the whole company. They help each other. This is the customer experience we all hope for so I have to give 5 * to both these people and locations .

If you prefer everything online then this is the place. I wanted to sign the rental contract in person to go over questions I had and fill out the form. Instructions told me to arrive 30 minutes before closing, I arrived 5 hours before closing no one was there or answered my phone call. Was not impressed at all by the condition of my indoor unit.

My experience was quick and easy. David was very accommodating and helpful, he knows his stuff. I appreciate his efficiency as I was in a hurry and wanted to be in and out of there. The facility is nice and clean and the app is super easy to use.
