I have been a customer here for 2 years and needed to downsize to a smaller unit. Harry was extremely helpful in giving me all of the details needed to make a smooth transition to the new unit. He is an excellent property manager. Very professional and courteous. He will help with every detail to make sure you are satisfied.

Extremely accommodating. Love the privacy loading/unloading space. Prices went up slightly over our lease - but only with inflation. Nothing unreasonable. Would use again if needed!

WONDERFUL place to rent! I was needing storage QUICK and was assisted by Harry in a snap. He helped get me into a unit and walked me through the process. He was detailed on the pricing break down and has been very friendly and helpful every time I have had any questions or concerns. It's nice to have a great customer service experience every time you go check on your belongings that are away from home. Location is always clean and they have boxes and other supplies for sale in office if you need. 10/10 recommend this location for any storage needs!! Definitely ask for Harry and I guarantee you'll have a good experience!

Highly recommend this Public Storage campus. Great customer service is hard to find these days. It’s nice to find it here. Harry has been great to work with. He’s been available to answer all my questions in person and on the phone. I appreciate it. Thank you. The facility is really clean.

A big thanks to the helpful staff at the Fishers public storage!I started a rental agreement online, got distracted by work and someone else was able to get my space.No worries though, they took care of and was able to get an even better deal.If you need a storage solution and want to deal with honest, friendly people, look no further.

We are so glad that we decided to go with this location for storing. The process has been incredibly easy. Everyone I have talked with at the office has been so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and are always so kind! The location is fantastic and has been so easy to get in and out of. The office and units are all extremely clean. I feel at ease that my belongings will be secure.

We've used this location for the past year while we moved and dealt with subsequent renovations.The facilities were always kept clean and the front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The app is incredibly convenient for access and billing. I would highly recommend this location and will be back for future storage needs.

We just moved from California and Harry was a breath of fresh air! There are so many moving parts when you make such a huge move. Having one less the game to worry about is a big deal. Since our belongings are in a great place there is such a peace of mind. Harry went above and beyond to accommodate us and his professionalism and friendliness will always be appreciated. We made the best choice by coming to this location. Harry took care of us in an excellent manner. He was most professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and super sweet! Talk about Indiana hospitality at its finest! Coming from California, this was so refreshing. My family and I feel such a peace of mind have our belonging here. I highly recommended this location!
