Made an appointment at 8:10. Arrived early at 7:50 since it didn’t take as long to get there as thought. Went in and checked in. They were serving zero patients and no one was in the waiting room waiting. At 8:05 AM 3 patients came in and checked in. One with 8AM appointment and 1 with an 8-10 and one with a 9:10. At 8:10 they called back the 8A person. At 8:15 they called back the other 8:10 person who came in after me and checked in after me. I got called back at 8:20. I realize I was early but they could have gotten me done before any of the other people came as if I was a walk in. No one was waiting or being served when I got there. And the 8A patient was late. I would have been done before he even got there. All employees were in the back and even made eye contact with me while I was still the only one sitting and waiting. The new appointment thing is ok if the employees understand it is more of a guideline and should not be a “we won’t serve you till that appointment even if you are the only one in the waiting room” attitude. I am a pretty patient individual. However, this is just dumb!

I have used this lab about 5 times. I find they are on time - I have always scheduled ahead. The personel do not make small talk but I bet that's why they stay on schedule! They are very efficient and competent. Results are posted quickly. I always have my labs done here unless they are done by the Quest Lab in my doctor's office.

Very disappointed..took my teenage daughter there for routine blood draw..as we walked in the tech was friendly and we were talking about vein sizes..and she immediately bragged that she can hit any size vein..on a side note my daughter was wearing headphones and looking away as the tech put the needle in her arm no where near the center and totally missed. She then proceeded to rummage around in my kids arm till she finally found a vein ..it was painful to watch so I know it hurt. Usually a blood draw it pretty painless. I'm disgusted with them and will go to a different location in the future. I wish I could post the picture.

Horrible customer service, completely unfriendly ever time I go. And every single time, which is once a year for my physical exam lab tests, they insist that I have out of pocket charges, which is untrue as my general labs are fully covered once a year by insurance. Do not go there if you can go to a different lab. Horrible.

I have always received prompt service from friendly phlebotomists, whether as a walk-in (which is no longer an option), and also with appointments.

Would give it 0 out of five stars if I could went in yesterday for an appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks ago to the day by a cardiologist I get there early I check in on a touchscreen device that has all my information including my insurance information somehow even though I've never done business with this company everything seems to be going good then the nurse calls me back it has no idea why I'm there she tells me I need to call the cardiologist office and have them send over a fax this place had two weeks to get ahold of me or the doctor's office to find out why I'm going there and they should already known since the cardiologist is the one who set up this appointment this is an absolute joke avoid this place at all cost s

Avoid this location if possible! We tried scheduling online and every ‘available’ time said time unavailable when selected. We tried calling and were told to arrive early and check in as a walk in. Arrived at 7am and checked in via kiosk. We waited 2 hours and asked a worker to check our time. At this point we were informed “we do not take walk ins, go schedule an appointment online” I explained this option was not working on their website and I had called this location yesterday and was told that you do take walk ins and to arrive early. She went to kiosks and informed us our check in appointment time was 11:40! We were the 2nd ones in the door and checked in before 7am. Diabetic patients cannot fast 8 hours then wait an additional 4 plus hours for labs. Employee was rude and told us we should use the website. Again we explained their online scheduling was not working properly and even showed her this on the the phone. Despite the website not working, caring and being to to walk in, checking in as 2nd patient of the day on kiosk, waiting 2+ hours at this point, and explaining the patient is diabetic she replied, “then you should go to another location”.

Is there a 0 star option? Forcing a patient to pay upfront for routine blood work in network covered by insurance should be illegal.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this facility at all costs. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not, I've had to wait an hour or more every time I've gone. Maybe it's because the employees look like they're moving in slow motion or maybe they just don't understand customer service. When MACL owned this lab, things ran great. Quest will not get another dime from me if I can help it.

I have never been hurt so badly by a blood draw! She was already in the vein drawing up blood, then jammed the needle in further, blowing my vein! Had to call my PCP for advise, because within hours I was badly bruised and in pain. (this is the Olio Rd location, Fishers) Ever since Mid America left these people have been downright abusive towards patients! Unfortunately my Dr always sends me to Quest, and none of the locations near me have good reviews. I'm scared to have to go again, but have too :( Where is the training and compassion??

Had blood draw 5/10 in am. Male employee very unfriendly. I had a 6 inch raised blood clot resulting from blown vein. Was painful and took weeks to heal. Will never have this employee draw my blood again.

If you need labs drawn on an infant, avoid this location at all costs. When the phlebotomist called our name and saw it was an infant, it was very obvious she did not want to do it or feel comfortable. She clearly had no confidence in her skills with a newborn. That is fine, and I understand it’s not a common occurrence. However, if you can’t do it, then don’t stick my child and send me somewhere else. Sample was not obtained of course, and based on my experience at other quest locations (which were much more positive), it seems like the phlebotomist barely tried. Also, don’t ask me if I’m a first time parent when I’m upset about watching my son get stuck.

Been waiting for 2.5 hours with an appointment. Technicians were not familiar with the tests ordered by my physician. Required several re-orders by my doctor.
