This is a hidden gem of Fishers and easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the greater Indianapolis area. Every time I've gone there, the staff are super friendly and nice. The chips and salsa are complimentary and easily the best in all of Indianapolis. They have multiple salsa options that are not your run of the mill watered down salsas you normally get elsewhere. These have varying levels of heat and flavors, but every one of them is robust and amazing. The chips are also much higher quality than your standard Mexican restaurant. The main dishes are also phenomenal. You get so much food for your money and every dish is just a level above what you would normally expect elsewhere. They are also the only Mexican restaurant I've been to that does vegetarian/vegan options right. The veggie tacos/burritos are delicious and not an afterthought like other places. I cannot say enough great things about Samano's.Vegetarian options: Some of the best veggie tacos/burritos I've ever had. Easy to make vegan if you ask for no cheese.

This establishment seems nice enough and the staff very friendly. But I have to say, the elote was terrible. All that was done was the corn was ‘microwaved’ and then dressed with toppings. It was partially burnt and not that flavorful or enjoyable to eat. Most elotes are prepped better than this and taste far better. Just saying…

The thing that I like about Samanos is that they have a beans, rice and cheese burrito (BRC burrito) on the menu. It's listed under the kids' section of the menu and it's called a Chiquito Burrito! Chiquito means "small" in Spanish, and it is indeed a small burrito meant for children. But the BRC burrito is adequate and it's a BRC burrito, and like I said it's on the menu, so you don't have to explain to some lost soul that you want a burrito with beans, rice and cheese in it. You just have to say "chiquito." We also got a Mexican burrito and an Adrian's burrito, the latter of which is covered in bacon. It's a bit of an overkill, if you ask me, because you can't really taste the bacon because there is so much else going in with the burrito. In general, though, the burritos at Samanos are good, and I'd even go so far as saying they're above average when it comes to Midwestern Mexican food!

I normally don't leave reviews for restaurants I haven't eaten at but here we go. My husband and I have tried to go to this restaurant 2 different times during normal business hours when Google maps said they were open. Once on a Saturday during dinner and another time at lunch time on a Monday and both times they were not open. Super frustrating. So I guess maybe call and see if they are open before going or if you own this business I would suggest updating your hours on Google maps or being open when you say that you are.

This is mediocre at best. The food was dry with an odd after taste. Not bad but not delicious. The furniture is runs down and the bathrooms were on cleanliness level as a busy gas station.

Food truck: Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the steak burrito and had it in under 3min. Their queso was piquant and enhances the flavor nicely. I know this was their last visit of the year, but I will be looking for them in the Spring.

We went in for the first time today for my grandsons 15th bday. Great friendly service. All 3 of us raved about our meals (chimichanga, Mexican burritos and a steak and cheese gringa). The lower than expected pricing was a nice surprise for the current environment. I cannot recommend this place enough! Also, this is the first time I have ever left a review for a positive experience.

I normally don't leave a review but this was terrible! I was first charged for a burrito when I asked for arroz con pollo(chicken, cheese, and rice) I was given just chicken and rice no cheese. I asked for queso and was told that's not how it comes. No taste at all very bland.

3/10. There are dozens of Mexican restaurants in the city with more flavor. Food lacks seasoning, salsas aren't fresh or spicy. Imo this is mass market Mexican food struggling to afford its rent.

We were the only ones in the restaurant, but yet we couldn't get anyone to come to the counter to take our party of four's order. After standing awkwardly at the comfort nearly 5 minutes, we finally managed to catch the eye of the dish tank employee, who found someone to help us.The food tasted fabulous, but it was difficult to find anyone to get us more chips to go with the delicious salsas they had out at a salsa bar.The whole set up felt like it was a brand new establishment that was staffed with employees who hadn't been fully trained yet. I really wanted to like this place, but I left there unimpressed...I do think I will go back and give it another try, because the food really was good...it just was a super relaxing dining experience. Hopefully they've gotten the kinks worked out. I will let you know....

My friend and I eat here often on our lunch breaks at work. I love the food here but what always brings me back is their hot sauce bar. Their jalapeño hot sauce is delicious and I dump it on everything I get. Definitely worth a try.

Literally got a burrito from Samanos about 15 minutes ago via DoorDash. Initially, it was decent enough, but about 3 bites in I got a foul taste in my mouth, and had to spit the mouthful out. I considered it was just a one off, and continued to eat—then I found the perpetrator—an ENTIRE lime wedge, peel and all was cooked into the burrito. Disappointing and maybe a bit worrying—how would those items be so easily mixed up, or missed?I think I’m done with this place for a long while.
