There is one lady who works aggressively to get her work done and does not even clean the face after doing her job and after doing the threading. We pay money to look good not for aggressive work that you do.
But there is the one who is the owner that works patiently and provide the good service.

When there is an other client.. don’t ignore the client you are with..it is okay if you can wait and complete the first client instead but f jumping on the 2nd one who came.

I have been going to Sapphire Eyebrow for years for my eyebrow threading service. Roshini is the best and she’s so fast & consistent with her work. The best eyebrow threader in the Fishers area!!!

I had a good experience here overall. The place is well organized and the staff here is polite and friendly. I was greeted with a smile and the brow technician listened to exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back!

First time coming here and am pleased with the results! I came to get my brows waxed and was a little bit hesitant to have someone new touch them but let me tell you.. the lady listened to the look I wanted to achieve and did just that. They look great and will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been to this place before and didn’t have a good experience then. Today, I went back after a long time mainly because I wanted to get my eyebrows and upper lip done same day and my usual lady wasn’t available and the other salon I go to was already closed for the day. The lady at Sapphire Eyebrow left multiple cuts on my upper lip. Nobody has ever left multiple cuts when doing my upper lip before. The cuts are burning. I felt the lady threading roughly and once she was done I could see I was bleeding. The ladies here also cut your eyebrows first instead starting with the threading first. I’ve always had thread done first and then cut with scissors. To add to the bad experience, the lady picked up a phone call in the middle of the threading, which is fine, but then she sneezed, didn’t even cover it and continued to do my eyebrows…
This place is only good for the location and the hours.
