Helped me match paint for some touch ups and when they accidentally sent me home with the wrong sheen, corrected the problem. Great customer service and would recommend for any paint needs!!

The counter was so confident in the color I needed based on the builder, so I didn't question it. Needed a gray to match the builder color from 2019 and their choice wasn't the right color. Quick service, but annoyed at the wasted $40 "guess" (now I realize) that I was sold on being the correct paint (no option to buy less than a gallon). I suggest they should revise the builder color book or give better advice on color matching like Lowes provides

I took in an old sample of paint and they were able to match that paint perfectly even tho it wasn’t a Sherman Williams paint. That’s amazing!

SW Service Tech asked about which quality paint and what sheen and went thru the procedure of making my paint up from a stir stick I keep for color. Gave me the current discount and I was good to go in 20mins. Great job!

My experience with Darrick has been exceptional!!! I have visited this store at least a handful of times in the last couple months. Each visit he has been professional, sharing his knowledge and experience, useful tips &advice and kind. I leave feeling confident about my project and valued as a customer!!!The best part is all of his suggestions have been spot on and I’m super happy with my selections for my projects.

Entered the store, 3 employees looked up but didn't acknowledge me. One other patron in the store. Found paint myself and went to counter to have mixed. "Is that it?" First time customer. I won't be back.

Quite possibly the worst Sherwin Williams experience I've ever had. There were two young men working. When it was my turn, the one gentleman (dark hair and tanned skin) just kind of looked at me. I asked if they color matched. He grabbed my wallpaper sample, not even asking what colors I wanted. I got his attention to have him come back and tell him what colors I wanted matched. The whole time I was talking, he kept looking at the customers that just walked in... he mumbled that my sample was probably too small to color match, set my sample down then walked over to the other customers that had just walked in. Finally the other blonde guy with fair skin was done with his customer and came over to me. He tried to color match for me, but again, said my sample was too small. I understand that, not his fault. I said "oh so I should just go to the samples and try to match myself?" He said yes and turned away. Didn't offer to help or anything. After I tried to color match myself and failed, I said thank you while I was walking out the door. Nobody turned to look at me and say anything. Will not return to this store ever.
