Had been searching for a pre owned Honda accord for a couple of weeks and after dealing with dishonest dealers it was very refreshing walking in to Sinclair Auto and dealing with Rick & the team! They were honest & upfront. They worked with us and made sure we were happy before signing the paperwork! Rick even filled the car up with gas for us! This was our first used car purchase. After test driving it, we were provided carfax with maintenance history and allowed to take it off the lot for inspection. We found a few minor issues and they worked through those with us to make sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. I didn’t find them to be pushy at all and were very good to deal with. Purchase process was a breeze and they even topped the fuel tank off for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend this place if looking for used car!

Had a great experience buying my tundra there. Owner was great answered all my questions and worked with me and my schedule. He was even willing to come in on the day the car lot was closed to help me out in signing the paperwork to buy my tundra. 10/10 would recommend

Sold me a car that they falsified the odometer and now refuse to make the situation right... I have began legal courses of action... they knew the title that I wasn't given for nearly two months had mileage exemption... odometer fraud is a felony .... says paperwork is correct.. they weren't up front about the title already being exempt which was not the fault of the bmv here... they have no way to prove mileage is correct and they did not say it was an exempt title similar to a salvage title makes the vehicle 40% less valuable

Rick gave us a very fair deal, and treated us great. The day we drove it home the speedo acted up and the dash lights came on. We took it back to tell them. They gave us a loaner car while they had it fixed. Now it's a great car, and Rick paid all repair costs. I can't ask for a better deal than that. We'll be back for another when we need a car.

I recently had a car go out on me which left me without a car . During the search for a car, it felt like the process of getting a car was hopeless and I had no idea why things were feeling so hard to get done. The moment I walked into Sinclair Auto that feeling melted away every minute I talked to everyone in the auto shop . The staff was very comforting from the moment I walked in the door. They weren’t selling cars, they gave opportunities and let me know my options and they were super informative for someone who’s only financed one other car . The process was smooth and Rick and his staff did a good job at making me feel taken care of . I give them much praise not just for selling me my car but for making my experience an experience I don’t think you can find in many places anymore . Thank you so much .
