This is our 4th trip to this Starbucks and every single time the coffee is amazing! We drive 25 min out of our way to come to this Starbucks because the 3 near me are never consistent. No matter what time of day we visit the 116th SB the coffee tastes amazing! I love their management and crew right now! Keep it up!!! ❤️☕️

Placed order online. Although line at drive through was wrapped around the building, at morning rush hour, I was through it and on my way in less than 5 minutes. Mary, at the window, was cheerful and a refreshing change to many restaurant workers these days.

Great, hardworking friendly staff. Excellent service. Very good food and drinks. Very Clean facility. Very tight parking and then vendors deliver and make drive thru and parking worse. Nice place though and convenient.

I love this Starbucks. Zooey has been there awhile and I love her!My drinks are made correctly and i never have to wait long. The store inside is a bit dark but I love to sit outside anyhow. I always tell my neighbors to go to this location!

I went ahead and mobile ordered because I was on my way to work and wanted to save time. Ad soon as I pulled in the drivethru it was clear that the line completely wrapped around the building twice. Cars could not exit without getting caught up in the line. Then, then when I got to the window the lady said that she had to go get my mobile order from the other side...almost like I caused her some terrible inconvenience. Excuse Me! I have you a ten minute warning that i was in line back at your speaker.You had ten minutes to check on my drink. I ordered it 45 minutes ago! When I got my $14 coffee.. There was no whipped cream.... Now, I'm not just being a Karen… I use the cream to sweeten my coffee and it's the only extra sweetner. Besides, I am a firm believer that if they are going to upcharge a 6 dollar drink so that it costs me 14 bucks.... everything should be there bc I paid to have it there. Nobody's perfect and mistakes will be made. However, Starbucks is pretty good about correcting their mistakes when you bring it to their attention.Their app is very easy to use and it's very easy to choose your options and the recipe pops out on a sticker they put on ur cup. BUt when I told her at the window that it was supposed to have whipped cream she didn't even offer to fix it. She said "do you need a straw." No... I need my $15 back. If you're in a hurry this is not the place to be around 7:00am to 9:00am Monday through Friday . My previous Review gave them 5 glowing stars . But, that was during a less busy time. I think people in the coffee business know That these hours are their peak hours and it's going to be busy. If you know your store or parking lot cannot handle the volume of customers that you have Then, it's time to either get a bigger parking lot or stop increasing the volume of customers by allowing mobile orders. Starbucks has an option to disable mobile ordering when they're overwhelmed. I think it's a good idea for this particular Starbucks to use that option before all of their customers turn away.. Never let customer service be the cost of volume.
