DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! I paid for the highest tier wash they offered and my car is still very dirty. Pictures are attached. Do yourself a favor and go to a different carwash. I just wasted 2x money and time as now I have to go to a different carwash to get my car actually washed after I already got home.

I just got to the conclusion that this owner administrator doesn’t care a damm thing about how his business operates, bays are always a mess an the touch less car wash , 20 dollars, the freaking garage doors never closed and the wind blows the soap and the products, the sprinklers never works as should and today once again the spot free water was not working, is half abandoned and the only way to teach him/her a lesson is that everyone STOP using his facilities, has been like this for long time but I just got really mad today and definitely will stopp coming here , a business with so much potential administrated by an irresponsible non care person

Overpriced and poor results.
The sign on the RH self service bay says $3.00 but charged me $10.00.
… and for what? You get next to no soap on the wash cycle and if it can’t blow the dirt off, the rest is futile.
I’ll stay with Crew’s self service as you get a lot more and plenty of soap for just $7.00.

This is my favorite, go-to car wash. Touchless so it won't leave all the micro scratches that the brush car washes leave. And it accepts credit cards so you don't need a pocket full of quarters (you will for the vacuums, though).

Quality of the wash is hit or miss. Fraudulent place. Paid $68 for a prepaid package deal and the next time I came back to enter the code it told me my account was empty so instead of $68 for 4-5 washes it was $68 for one wash. Just pay for it each time you go, if you do.

Takes credit card.
15 minute timer, just enough time to get through a full cleaning cycle on a full-size truck.
Wish they had towels or a way to dry afterward.

Really cleaned my car. It was so shiny and has lasted. Usually I have to use the spray wax and didn't. Price was very comparable.

Best car wash! I hope it doesn’t go anywhere with the new crew being built a few shops down.

Ripoff! I used the manual wash bay (not a fan of touchless). Thought it would have saved a couple bucks and produced a better wash. It charges by the second but skips to the next minute (which is the next dollar!) like real-time and ended up not giving the truck a better wash. Won't come back.

TLDR: Avoid the touchless when possible, but in the dead of winter it’s a necessary evil if you care about your car.
My review is related only to the automatic touchless washes. I went once, paid for the $13 wash and was actually pretty happy with the results for a touchless. So, I went back with a lot more winter salt grime and paid for the $20 wash. The two washes were identical. In other words, I was robbed of $7. So, I went back the next day with my other car and paid for the $17 wash - same exact wash sequence. While I was waiting for the wash on this most recent visit, I paid closer attention and realized there is absolutely no indication of the services associated with each wash type. Huge red flag.
It is really disappointing that crew has a stranglehold on the Indianapolis car wash market and nobody seems to care enough to open a decent quality touchless. Based on the wait times at this wash and similar self-serve bays, there are lots of people who care about their cars. A high quality touchless wash would clearly make a fortune in this city.
