Andrew is a gem!His listening skills are outstanding, which enabled us to align well together on devices and a service plan.Andrew's technical skills are also exceptional, providing us old timers confidence that data, contacts, photos, etc. were transferred properly.We are senior citizens and not as technically savvy as would be ideal. Andrew was very patient through the entire conversion process and with a few follow-up items. Have already referred a friend who is considering a change.EXCELLENT WORK ANDREW!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. Employee told us we qualified for a deal, we paid and committed to T Mobile (after being with Verizon), only for the manager to tell us we actually don't qualify. This "new" employee had no idea what he was doing, and we had to come back next day after spending over 2.5 hours in store.

I can't say enough how great of a job Mason did with my mom. She was very stressed out about switching her information from her old phone to her new one, and she was emotional because my father has been very sick lately, and she was scared that she'd lose all the messages from his doctors.By the time she left, she was in a great mood and even asked if she could hug him.He was the kindest, most patient customer service person we'veencountered in years. Thank you, Mason!

Mason, the gentleman who helped us, was fantastic! He helped my Mom with transferring her info from her broken phone to her new one. He did it with a smile and very professionally! Bravo to T-Mobile for hiring him! Take care of that guy! Good employees can be hard to come by. Thanks so much for all the help!

Very petty staff, very rude. Gave me wrong information more than once and sent me to another store without first checking with that store if the device they had was being held for an appointment.

Mr. Dodd resolved a customer service issue I had been struggling with for several months. By the time I arrived at this store, I had already been on the phone with T-Mobile customer service dozens of times and was making no progress. Mr. Dodd took on my case with enthusiasm, provided follow-up communication clearly and consistently, and was quickly able to provide the resolution I was looking for.

I had purchased a phone online through T-Mobile, as my old one was cracked. When it finally arrived and I activated my new phone, for whatever reason it completely changed my phone number and also stated on the app that my device was not registered to my account. I ended up going to the store as the chat agent was unable to help me. I believe his name was Sam but he was great! He helped me fix this this issue although it was a very bizarre and difficult one. He was personable and made sure I was able to keep my previous phone number. Lots of good vibes in the store, i definitely recommend this location!

DO NOT GO WITH THEM !!! Ive had NOTHING but trouble since sprint merged !!!! I called BEFORE i left this company and per usual i was given false information on a RECORDED line !!! I was told i could go to another company and would receive a final bill !! AFTER i leave they blacklist the phone i go into the store they tell me it’s because i owe a balance and there nothing i can do !!!! So now my new company cant even do anything with the phone !!!! Tmobile sucks and always LIE !!! Ive had nothing but issues from there !!!!!
