Honestly, I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in cheap gas stations. Nearly every stall was clogged - it was disgusting. They needs to be a better system for cleaning them- there’s no way it got that bad in 1 day.

Destiny was the definition of a perfect employee. She was so kind, and her customer connection was over the top! She also got us out of there within just a couple of minutes, and we had a bunch of items! Give this woman a raise. Love your vibe, Destiny! Continue to shine!

This location has very helpful employees. 98% of the time they have what I need in stock. Conveniently located off the interstate for travelers. They also have a Starbucks inside. Plenty of parking. Shopping in-person, pick-up and delivery options available. Very convenient to shop here!

When I went to check out two employees were talking and visiting. I waited patiently because one lady had a problem ringing out. They called a manager named Jess. No smile no interest in me as a customer. She then directed me to the next register where they had more issues. She was not interested in customer service but then she did enjoy flaunting a pride shirt. They don't give a damn if that is offensive to other people. I was warned about this company and they have lost another customer! Making customers wait doesn't matter to the woke crowd.

Not shopping here again until they get rid of the ridiculous self checkout policy. Had half a cart of items, which I know from experience takes me about 4-5 minutes to use self checkout. Every single self checkout register was open, was told I needed to stand in one of the long lines at a cashier… 3 open, no less than 4 people in each line. I waited in a line almost 10 minutes…. and first customer finally finished. Ridiculous. Tried going to selfcheckout again because NO ONE WAS THERE and was told no. I left my cart and walked out.

This target is very neat and organized most of the time and the majority of cashiers are great with bagging things properly. The electronics associates are always very kind and willing to help/answer questions. It’s just extra busy at times which can get stressful if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

I love this place!!! If I could live here on a full-time basis, then I would! Everyone is wonderful; the store is clean, neat, and tidy; and it's everything you could possibly need for a full and happy life. *sigh* True love ?

This is a very good target, just unfortunate that they never keep employees over by the trading cards. I checked a couple of things out, left for 30 minutes, and when I came back, there was freshly opened products and teenagers standing by it. Literally happened next to the checkouts and customer service counter. 830pm 11/17

Ordered a tv from the target app. Said there were 3 in stock and I could pick up in two hours. Went to pick up and they said order was because they weee out of stock. Spoke to a mngr and asked if they would match price on similar tv as they had already taken my money. She said I would have to ask a tech in the electronics department. Seemed weird but ok. Spoke to a tech, and he told me they had 7 tvs in stock of the one I actually ordered. Loaded up the tv and they informed me I’d have to buy it again since the order was cancelled. The refund from the cancelled order wouldn’t hit my bank for 3-5 days tho. Since I had to buy another tv, I asked them if they would knock $50 off a different tv, for the inconvenience, on a larger and more expensive tv, matching the price at Best Buy, to which they said no. Purchasing my tv at Best Buy now. Poor management. Poor customer service.

I picked up a drive-up order and I was shorted an item. I didn't realize it until I was home. I don't live close to this store but the Target close to me does not carry this item so I but it when I am going to be close. I called the store and they required me to come in for a refund! It was their mistake and I would have had to drive 20 minutes for a refund! I called Target's 800 customer service and they refunded it for me.

had a drive up order. was waiting 15+ mins guy with long curly hair put up comes up i greet him with “how are you?” he just stares at me so blankly and proceeds to rudely ask “where do you want these.”. if you don’t like your job and cannot be bare minimum nice to people simply quit and either go sit at home or find another job. 0/10 experience
