Really like The Exercise Coach. Their personal trainers are encouraging and make sure your form is good. They challenge me to be better and are helping me increase my overall strength. Their app shows my progress on increasing weights from baseline.Plus since I have started, my Withings Body Composition scale has confirmed positive growth trends for muscle and lean body mass.Really happy with the Exercise Coach.

Highly recommend Orangeytheory Fishers/Geist. The Sales Associates and Coaching Staff are fun. I have been attending this studio for about 5 yrs. I enjoy going to work out because they are all so positive and energetic. The workouts are different each day and that's one of the things I like about OTF. Never redundant. The coaches are always encouraging and helpful too. Very clean studio. Hope you give it a shot and at the Fishers/Geist studio.

I have gained so much strength since joining the Exercise Coach. All of the coaches are encouraging, and insure you are doing it correctly to insure you get the most out of your workouts. I am 75 and go to the Fishers locations. Two neighbors also go there. I highly recommend.

I have been going here for a little over a month now and I absolutely love it! The OTF Fishers-Geist members and coaches are so welcoming and kind. The coaches are sure to emphasize the mental/ emotional aspect of working out, and getting better just as much as the physical aspect. I can't wait for my first full year of OTF in 2023!!!

Great place to exercise. I see visible improvement in my strength since I started. The coaches are so good at motivating me. When I had a shoulder injury, they accommodated my program to help me regain strength and mobility. This is an exercise program I actually look forward to!

There are soooo many things I love about the Exercise Coach in Fishers!! 1) the equipment and the way it shows me a target range. Helps me focus and be distracted, while emphasizing my best performance to date. 2) 20 minutes a time. ENOUGH said! :) 3) I have had all the staff and LOVE them all. They are sooo supportive, encouraging, helpful and reinforce a positive atmosphere and culture. Makes me actually look forward to coming which is huge for someone who has NEVER enjoyed exercise. 4) emphasis on strength and muscle building. As a middle aged woman I feel hopeful rather than discouraged due to age or current weight.

I’ve done a lot of exercising in my day, but several years ago I realized running wasn’t going to last much longer and I bounced around between biking, rowing, weight training and even a short CrossFit career; but at 50 I wasn’t ready to except a sedentary lifestyle and my muscular strength had diminished greatly.I decided in December 2021 to take advantage of the free trial workouts. Immediately I realized I was on to something. A full body weight training session in 20 minutes that leaves me completely gassed and provides real-time feedback on every rep. Machine controlled resistance that adjusts with every session so that you are constantly building every workout. I was getting in 30 minutes round-trip from the house, the equivalent work out that I would’ve spent 60 to 90 minutes doing at a traditional gym without fear of the injuries associated with free weights which honestly I love working out with, but I’ve had my share of mishaps.No more traditional 3 x 10 with the same weight week after week wondering if that was a good or bad workout and did you really improve between sessions?The staff at Fishers is great. Non-judgmental, get in, do your work and out twice a week. I have seen significant gains in my strength, mean muscle mass has increased and %body fat is down. I feel more energized and I look forward to every workout.Well worth the time and the money spent - for something I wouldn’t otherwise do consistently. For me the typical 30.00 a month gym membership is too easy to blow off, it’s like that 7.99 app you keep meaning to cancel but never do because it’s just not worth the time.Exercise Coach isn’t the cheapest option, but if you want to hold yourself accountable and have coaches there, either in a private or small group (which I do) setting to do the same, this is a win-win.

Exercise Coach has been a godsend for me! I had total replacements on both knees that continued to bother me. Physical therapy did their part but I couldn’t get past the pain of going up and down stairs. I saw an advertisement for Exercise Coach, and after doing research on the program, I made my first appointment. The trainers are amazing! They are encouraging, supportive, friendly, funny - all the things I need to keep me motivated! I’m happy to say after only 4 weeks of strengthening, I’m 80-90% pain free! I can’t wait to see what another 4 weeks does for my knees and the rest of my body!
