UPDATE: According to the Lincoln Manufacturer - this dealership never reached out to them to have an engineer diagnose or work on the problem. They had my vehicle for over a week and just test drove it on day 6 after i called to demand some answers.
Will not do business here ever again!!!! THey just say that every car they have runs to spec and has no issues even though they clearly do. Having issues with a brand new car. Transmission is active and kicks, and computer systems bugging out. The dealership tried to fix it but they state that everything is per spec of oem. We tried trading it in after 4 attempts of repair since we pay a lot for the car - they did try but every car they gave us had similar issues. One 2025 aviator we drove had zero miles essentially when we got out the engine smelled like it was burning. The next aviator that we we wanted 2024 aviator - over 70mph it had a rumble and shake to the frame of the car and turning left was hard than turning right. They said we wil service this and fix it if you’d like it. I said yes please - we scheduled to come in (leaving work early) and they told me when I get there “service said this is to spec” I am appalled. The GM came out and I said “I’m done with lincoln” I’ve been through enough and you can’t seem to find a luxury car hat drives like luxury. The GM said “we want you to be done”. They have an excuse for every problem with their vehicles. (Road noise, adaptive learning, you’re feathering the gas too much in the city, that’s how this car drives, the wheels, he even told me that some people just deal with it their whole lease then they trade it in and not many people complain about the problems). Well I’m not most people because I expect quality when I pay premium and I will not deal with this dealership ever again.

I would suggest treating your prospects better. I came in to look at a car about an hour before closing, and after being on the lot for about 15 minutes, someone came out, and just stared at me from the other side of the lot where I was parked. As I decided to leave, walking past the gentleman, he asked if he could help me, and I told him I was there to look at a car, and he simply said "we close at 8." That was all. No other words. It was about 7:20. I thought he would at least give me his card, his name, tell me to come back tomorrow, something, but that was all. Not the best experience. It's a shame because of all the positive reviews. Guess you can't always trust reviews.

I believe I talked with someone from the Westfield dealership, so if you try calling the Lincoln dealership or repair service there, ask for Ryan. Was super helpful and jumped through some hoops to help me, and was totally honest, 10/10 recommend.

We purchased a used vehicle at Tom Roush Lincoln this evening and both my husband and I were thrilled with the overall experience. Matthew Gosch, our sales consultant, was incredibly responsive from the moment we contacted him, which wasn’t at all our experience with other dealerships. I initially inquired about the vehicle at around 330 this afternoon. We had a completed trade and purchase by 7pm and were treated fairly and respectfully throughout the entire process, never feeling like anyone was “playing games” as so many dealerships do.
Chris, in finance, was the easiest finance manager we’ve worked with. Again, a very pleasant and respectful experience!
Without hesitation, we would recommend this dealership if they have what you’re looking for!

I bought my corsair used in December 2023 from Tom Roush Lincoln of Fishers, no problems whatsoever with the purchase however this week I needed service performed on the vehicle. Nothing major. The liftgate would not open all the way. I dropped vehicle off and two hours later, it was done, my vehicle was even washed and vacuumed, really good service, very pleasant employees, overall a great experience!

I have nothing but praise for the service department! I bought my Corsair out of state, but the service I received was as if I bought if off the show room floor. Tammy, Lucy and Greg were outstanding. This is by far the most professional car dealership I've ever dealt with. The communication regarding my vehicle was constant and clear. After they brought my vehicle back to place of work, I was so shocked to see they had cleaned the inside and washed it.They will always have my business. Thank you Tom Roush Lincoln!!

Ryan who I believe is from the parts department is the best to work with! He has been great at communicating, keeping me updated and helping me find a part for an affordable price. It is very obvious how much he cares!!!
