I bought a Lincoln Navigator L from Alan Willitzer he was very professional, kind and helpful with the entire process. He wasn't pushy and let me make a decision based on the vechical and not his opinion. There was a trim piece missing they ordered to replace and fixed a dent with no questions asked. He knows Lincolns and how they operate and helped explain any questions I had with operating the fancy system they have. This was my first purchase from the dealer and Alan and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just recently purchased my dream truck from this dealer. All I can say is that their customer service was amazing! Ray helped get us into this vehicle at an affordable and good price.They got us in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes after working on the deal throughout the day while I was at work. Tarik and Lisa are wonderful and fun to work with. They take time to listen to your wants and concerns when buying a vehicle. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated for your business. The dealership itself is very nice and clean. The couple of other employees I came in contact with were very nice. You won't be disappointed in your car buying experience with Lisa and Tarik.

Incredibly sleazy and pushy salesmen. Most of the staff was just standing around vaping and looking at their phone when I arrived. That coupled with the nauseating cologne smell that plagued the entire building made my stomach churn. This location also has very limited selection, and didn’t seem very knowledgeable when I asked specific questions about the differences between the few models they did have on the lot. The entire staff, much like most dealerships I’ve been to while on my car buying journey, seemed to have a fraternity-like, boys club feel. You could tell the main seating area wasn’t cleaned regularly, as dust bunnies and dirt lining the walls and corners. They did have a very nice complimentary snack selection and coffee machine, but that felt like a hollow veneer to distract would-be customers from their poor customer service. My experience here was not something I’d like to repeat, or for anyone else to endure.

Should be stripped of their “Black Label” dealer status. Refuses to provide services that are included, trying to up charge us.Go to any other Lincoln dealer for your vehicles. Sean was absolutely 0 help and wish I could give the same in stars.

At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn't know anything about vehicles. The Finance Manager was wonderful, he funny, sincere and to the point. He got out there as fast as he could. Now, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we had a very obnoxious noise coming from under the steering wheel after starting it. It sounded like a winding electric motor that wouldn't stop. First I do want to make sure I let you know that I did but it as is. I thought I was safe with dealing with a big name dealership. After a couple days of calling my salesman, he set me up with their service department. Their first attempt to schedule service for me was 6 weeks out. I advise them that I didn't just buy a vehicle from them to let it sit somewhere for 6 weeks. After looking a little harder they told me I could drop it there and they would get to in about a week. A day before they were suppose to work on it, I had a representative call me to give me an update. At that time I was impressed with their professionalism. They did tell me that the could not get it to replicate the noise that they heard on the video I sent them. They told me they would try the next day to see if they could get it to do it when it was first thing in the morning. That was about a week and half ago. I've call 3 days in a row now. Left messages with multiple people and have not received a call back. They have definitely lost my respect. I tried give constructive criticism here in efforts to help them improve on their service they are providing. Amendment: I had a GM contact me first thing this morning. He did take measures to dive into this and help me resolve the issues I was having. As a business owner myself, I understand that we can not control every situation to result in the initial outcome we want. However, the efforts he put forth to resolve this were greatly appreciated and as I would do myself. Thank you!

I recently had my Lincoln picked up for a service appointment, the whole process from scheduling the appt to the return of my vehicle was flawless. Such a great service provided by the dealership and Lincoln, couldn't recommend Tom Roush Lincoln more!
