Definitely a different vibe. I was here a while back and had the absolute best experience... So much so that when I needed to visit UPS store again recently, I drove past two other stores to go to this one. But it's clearly a different place as other reviewers have noted. While I did get what I went for, the service was stiff, unfriendly, and employees looked and sounded as if they were disappointed to see customers in the store. Needless to say, they won't see this one again.

I used to love this store. Then the ownership changed and the package I had mailed right before the change never go delivered and was returned to the store. They never contacted me . They didn’t refund me. They were not going to do anything for me until I complained and then told me there would be a credit in store for me to use the next time I needed to mail something.Needless to say..there was no such credit.I’ll be using the mail stop across the street from now on

Young man I spoke to, around 1230pm Saturday 2/11, was extremely polite. He made me feel like my transaction was very easy and that he was happy to help. Ive been here a few times and every time ive gotten great service....When I went in there this evening and was told it was my fault the package came back to me because I didn't rip off the old label. I guess the ups labels can be scanned as many times and can send your package in a loop. I didn't appreciate that as much but now I know, so rip off your old labels!

I have much empathy for shipping companies this time of year, I typically am a positive person, but I have to say something because I am getting no help. In addition, I paid for a service, I paid extra for my items to be delivered with care and in a timely manner. Ralph had provided terrible customer service from the beginning, but I was patient because I realized that this is a stressful time of year. He did not even box my items at the time of purchase, I just trusted that he would do what I paid almost $200 for. On December 10th, I paid for two packages that was supposed to be shipped by December 14th. The store location, according to the tracker as of Dec 16th, has only printed my label and it has not left the store. The store location will not pick up the phone. I am located in another state. I tried to call UPS customer service, but the virtual assistant directs me to call the store location. I will be forced to get on a plane to go to this store location, defeating the purpose of even using UPS. The virtual assistant will not allow me to speak with a representative until my package is shipped. I can't even report the store to the corporate HQ for terrible service.¬ It is a awful loop. Where is my stuff?

I had SEVERAL (9) boxes to ship today. Labels already printed, ready to go. I was offered a dolly which had skipped my mind so I was grateful for that. Not realizing they close at 4, I went in at 3:30p. It only took approximately ten minutes but I was so grateful for the staffs positive attitude and efficiency. The lady working really made my day, she was so kind.

I come to this store every single day and every other employee is always friendly and professional, especially the people who work most often. Today (6.3.2022) at 3:50 p.m. the young man working one of the registers (who is likely not full time) was rude to me for no reason, and its the second time in a row he has been rude to me for no reason. I am perfectly happy to change this rating in the future when something is done about this. It's all on camera if the store has security cameras with sound, the full time employees were dealing with an issue in the back of the store. The kid obviously doesn't want to work there anymore. I pay about 10 dollars per day in extra shipping charges vs. USPS and I do that for the added customer service and peace of mind. This was totally unacceptable. I have been to the store hundreds of times, and I am nothing but courteous every time, as are the other employees, so I cannot begin to imagine why this kid decided he has a problem with me.

Lady at the counter very rude, horrible customer service, if you don’t want to work then quit. Not ever going back.
