I frequent this location for work needs and personal needs. They always go above and beyond. They are so busy and are always extremely efficient and friendly.
Today, I sent a file in to be printed and cut. The file had rounded corners on it. And I truly did not expect them to cut that rounded corner (on 120 tickets). But they went above and beyond and rounded the corners for me. Excellent customer service as always!

Dropped a box off. Employee was good and helped me out. Overall experience was efficient and fast. Very fast. I was in there for 2 minutes tops. Didn’t process it until I was back in the parking lot

UPS rocks. Great store at Olio road, Fishers. Greg at UPS is an excellent customer service person. Loved interacting with him. He took care of all the returns & also went an extra mile to help me repack the material very patiently. Great customer experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! The customer service here is truly outstanding—every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every package is handled with care, and they always make the process quick and easy. I’ve never had a bad experience, and that level of consistency speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication. Kendra at the Olio rd location is so helpful! I stopped going to that UPS for about a year because of rude employees. A few weeks ago, I was in a rush and needed a quick drop off, Kendra is the one that made me start going to the Olio rd location again! She is AMAZING!
