US Foods is a professional and efficient facility. The dock runs like a well-oiled machine. The receiving lady is awesome, very helpful, polite, and communicates clearly. For many, the experience is fast, with drivers unloaded quickly and on their way in a short time, sometimes even ahead of their appointment. There is no lumper fee, and the process is impressive. However, experiences can differ. Some note there is no overnight parking and that the bathroom could use improvement. The location can be tricky due to nearby construction, requiring specific directions to find the correct entrance. Overall, it is considered a smooth operation that efficiently helps complete the delivery.

It is on 126th. Use 126th!
The office is right in front of the gate.

DO NOT USE CUMBERLAND ROAD AS A TRUCK ENTRANCE. The reviews that say to do that should be reported and taken down. The main gate is off of 126th street. The Cumberland entrance is blocked off, most likely due to drivers using it to bypass the gate.

DO NOT USE Cumberland! Entrance is off 126th! Typical unload time, they're not fast.
