This is probably one of the best Verizon stores I have ever visited. The store manager, Brian is amazing and super helpful. I bought an iPhone from Verizon at Hamilton Town Center and they were so unhelpful and actually turned me away when I had questions, came to this store and everyone was eager to help. 11/10 recommend going to this store over Verizon at Hamilton Town Center!

Told me they would hold products while my account unlock was completed, then came in to phone being sold anyway and sold out. Waste of a drive.

Poor customer service. They treated my wife poorly while she was trying to get internet help while handling a fussy baby, offered no solutions, and were rude and dismissive.

The manager Anthony helped me and my family. He was patient and knowledgeable. He even made the wait while the phones synced enjoyable.

OH EM GEE! Brian was AMAZING... like seriously. Coming into the store is always a hassle, but he made the experience SUPER DUPER DELIGHTFUL. I come all the way from downtown Indianapolis JUST to see him because he is so wonderfully pleasant. He is SO CHARMING and funny. We had issues with our phones and he was so kind and his customer service was top notch. He was a good mix of funny and helpful and made our experience LESS sucky. He knows what he's doing and my go to person for anything regarding my phone. THANK YOU BRIAN <3

Went to this location yesterday to get a new phone set up and Brian was amazing. We were there for a few hours due to having to call customer service and a few issues but he made the experience great and handled it well. Thanks for all the help!

Just recently I bought 3 new IPhones for my wife and two teenagers. I was very impressed how Brian handled entire process. In less than hour we had 3 new phones up and running with all the data transferred . I really appreciate his support and commitment going that extra mile even when that day was his daughter birthday. She was patiently waiting in the waiting area for her dad to finish helping us . That’s 10 star customer service to me ?!!!!

Geno is the greatest person ever, he stayed last second to help with my sisters phone getting set up, didn’t even have to leave the car he was so quick and very sweet! Please give that man some sort of raise!
