Both Tyler and Chris were very helpful when my old smartphone died. They helped me set up my new phone and recover as much data as available. These guys are great!

Chris was amazing- we are old school not tech savvy not tech stupid but appreciate someone willing to give us discounts we expected and leaving the store with new phones and home internet package with verizon. Chris is very intelligent and familiar with all products and versions of cellular devices . We enjoyed our time in the store and feel like we have a new friend with our new cellular service with Verizon . Thank you Chris!

My girlfriend unfortunately lost her phone a few days ago and had to purchase a new one. She went into the 96th street Verizon store nervous and unsure about any next steps. Thankfully, Chris was there! He was very welcoming, reassuring, and extremely helpful! If you’re deciding between locations go to 96th street and ask for Chris. Homie is a true hero.

Chris and Tyler were absolutely Amazing. The system had a glitch, and these guys did not give up until everything was fully taken care of and corrected beyond the system glitch. So thankful, all while my 2yr old danced around the store.
