Absolutely awful pharmacy! Since insurance makes many of us their hostages they have no incentive to get their act together. Anything $50 or less I go across the street to CVS and pay out-of-pocket. Walgreens is THAT terrible. Outside of their monopoly on my prescriptions I won’t buy so much as a paperclip from there.

We switched from CVS to Walgreens. We have no issues. Store and pharmacy services are excellent.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used long wait times rude customer service recently had to visit 5 times to get refill filled only for pharmacist to accuse me of falsifying the prescription in front of customers and employees - look at our Acct dog as been on this for 12 plus years that u have filled better idea yet call vet if u have doubts don’t falsely accuse peopleOf a felony pharmacist Derek streeter

Walgreens has lost its way and customers along with it. Service was inconsistent and the wait times incredibly long. The most concerning thing, however, is that their pricing is so extremely high that my health insurance will not cover Walgreens prescriptions because of pricing. When profit comes before the customer, your business is lost. If you take care of your customers, they will be loyal and generate all the revenue and profit you need.

No one answers the phone at the pharmacy. If you want to ask if a prescription is in stock, you have to drive to the location. I waited on hold for over an hour and ended up driving there while still on hold. I went inside and watched the employees actively ignore the phones and they weren't even busy. I asked them why and they said they just don't answer the phones, even when they aren't busy. She had no empathy whatsoever when I explained that this is very inconvenient for people searching for their medication during a shortage. I cannot drive all over town looking for this medication -- it's hard enough to have to call every pharmacy in town to find it every 30 days. This used to be a good pharmacy, but it has been terrible for months now. Did all the good employees leave?

The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I like their photo center - you can order online and they always offer discount codes. But the prices! I get a little markup, but they are really overcharging here. Tonight I went in for one item. I checked ahead of time on the app to make sure they had it in stock and the app said it was $15.99. The shelf tag price was $18.99. Okay, fine--it's something I needed right away, I'll pay extra. But Amazon has this exact brand/product for $9. If money is no object or you have an emergency, it's a fine place to shop.

I submitted a prescription request on Sunday and was told it would be available Monday by 11am. Perfect.Except it wasn't. I received a notification it was delayed and to call the pharmacy. I waited 90 minutes on the phone on Tuesday after calling Monday and not getting someone to answer, then decided to go in person. They had it in stock and asked if I wanted to wait 30 minutes. After saying yes because I waited on the phone for 90 minutes I received a nonchalant response that they don't have anyone to answer the phones. This is unacceptable. Don't tell me to call and not have someone answering phones.

This is not a good pharmacy. We’ve spent multiple hours on hold on a few different occasions waiting to talk to someone on just a status of a refill only for the line to abruptly be cut off at closing time. Meanwhile the automated prompt says the associates are busy on other calls and they’ll be with us asap. Worse than that, the medicine we need for our infant we were told by a pharmacy tech in person that only one pharmacist that works there knows how to mix it. The tech wasn’t really sure when the pharmacist who knew how to mix the medicine was going to be working next, but just check back the next day like there’s nothing else going on in life.If you’re having issues with the Kroger pharmacy on Olio don’t even consider changing to this Walgreens unless you enjoy spending your free time trying to get in contact with people who have no idea what they’re doing.

Horrible customer service. I sit on hold for hours to ask when my baby’s heart medication will be in, just to get hung up on, without ever talking to anyone! Happens every time, every month when I need a refill.

Despite being reassured my prescription would be ready in 15-20mins, it took over an hour. Wouldn’t recommend this Walgreens location unless you have no other option.

Uh I just had the weirdest experience in retail in years with Bill behind the register. I have had no issues with the pharmacy. I don't often shop at Walgreens but I am literally in the parking lot writing a review because what.was.that.

On hold for over 2 and half hours now with pharmacy. I get that staffing is rough right now but man, get it together.
