Their online order with in-store pickup is very convenient. I usually get better deals with their online offers and codes this way too. I usually average about one item per order that's out of stock, which can alter the total pricing if items are priced as a pair (bogo). This location is in a high-traffic intersection, plenty of parking.

The employees have always been nice and helpful… but on several occasions I’ve almost purchased expired food or beverage items. I just tried buying a drink and the first 4 bottles I picked up expired mid June. It’s currently August 21st.

I went in this morning, asking about a certain product I was taken aback by how rude the manager was. I was looking for something Halloween specific, and I noticed that they had a bunch of Halloween stuff out. When I asked her about the product, she laughed and said girl it’s not even September. That was fine, so I turned away to walk out. Then she turned to her coworker repeated what I said they both began to laugh and rolled their eyes at me. All I asked, was a simple question and was polite about it don’t know why she had to be so nasty

I just placed a photo print order for a print that is going into a competition. The edges were so crudely cut that I'm going to have to recut, and the lady that was looking for the print was less than interested in customer service. It doesn't take much to take pride in your job.

Walgreens has lost its way and customers along with it. Service was inconsistent and the wait times incredibly long. The most concerning thing, however, is that their pricing is so extremely high that my health insurance will not cover Walgreens prescriptions because of pricing. When profit comes before the customer, your business is lost. If you take care of your customers, they will be loyal and generate all the revenue and profit you need.

Absolutely terrible service. I started coming here because my of my insurance and in the time I’ve been going here, not once has my medication been ready when they said it was. I get daily calls and texts telling me to pick up my medication and then when I go it’s not ready. I have been told to wait inside the store for 30 minutes for my prescription, but at the end of the 30 minutes they told me it won’t be ready until the evening. Absolutely awful service and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be picking up medication for headaches and high blood pressure as a result.

I called in an oral anti nausea medication for a patient of mine, and literally had the rudest interaction I've ever experienced in my career with the pharmacist. She tried to claim what I was prescribing was inappropriate (I prescribe it daily for my post-op patients) and could not have been any more antagonist. I literally will never use this pharmacy again. This female pharmacist I spoke with was hateful. This Walgreens is pathetic from a professional perspective.

This used to be the best pharmacy in the area, but over the last few months, it has turned into the worst. The pharmacy staff refuses to answer the phone at all. I've sat on hold for hours before finally driving over to just ask them if they have my medicine in stock, which they didn't. When I got there, there was no one in line and I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone came to help me. I asked her if there was something wrong with her phone and she said "nope, we just aren't answering it." It is incredibly frustrating to have to drive over to just ask a question, especially at a time when some medications are hard to find and you have to call around to find a pharmacy with them in stock. The apathy from the pharmacist tech was appalling. She also tried to tell me that they don't fill prescriptions with two different manufacturers during a shortage, despite them doing it for me the months prior. She was snarky and overly confident about her ignorance and basically called me a liar. It is clear that this place lost its good employees and hired terrible ones to replace them. Don't waste your time here.

The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I like their photo center - you can order online and they always offer discount codes. But the prices! I get a little markup, but they are really overcharging here. Tonight I went in for one item. I checked ahead of time on the app to make sure they had it in stock and the app said it was $15.99. The shelf tag price was $18.99. Okay, fine--it's something I needed right away, I'll pay extra. But Amazon has this exact brand/product for $9. If money is no object or you have an emergency, it's a fine place to shop.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am NOT the type to leave a negative review; however, the pharmacy service here is beyond poor. On hold for FOUR, yes FOUR hours. This Walgreens (nor any one near Hamilton County) does not currently have a prescription in stock for Tamiflu, so I needed to switch my prescription to another local pharmacy. No one answered me on hold for 30 minutes (and this was not during lunch break), no one answered the pharmacy who was calling to request the transfer for 4 hours, and still going. I ended up having to call the doctor to re-send the prescription. Terrible customer service for both customers AND other professionals.

I really enjoy the staff here. Very friendly and helpful. The photo department does a nice job as well. Have had many prints and posters done here.
