“Today we serviced my 2001 F150 (with about 200K miles).
The problem addressed was non functioning tail lamps.
It was not easy to arrange this service, because I have moved from Columbus and had to come from a distance. Many problems need more than one day to solve here, but R and K was willing to tackle this problem during my one day trip.
During service, the circuit panel fuse was replaced but repeatedly burned out. A problem in the circuit was traced to the rear tail lamp assembly, where improper wiring was identified and corrected. (I don’t know when this wiring problem was introduced; the problems below did not all start at once.)
Several other problems were solved when this change was made.
These are: cruise control; instrument panel night illumination; both rear backup lamps; driver door chime; and front parking lamps.
I have successfully utilized this business for service on my vehicles multiple times over the past 20 plus years, during my residence in Columbus. The present team continues in the tradition of the original proprietor, who was an aged, salty, and capable individual indeed. I do suggest that others consider bringing their work here.”

“My mom got a nail and her tire while in Edinburgh for an appointment. A friend recommended this place as it’s one of the only ones nearby. We arrived and told him the problem and I kid you not, stopped everything he was doing to check out the issue. After finding out there was no issue, other than maybe a sensor going bad, he told us not to worry about it (we obviously still threw him some cash). Just wanted to say, GREAT service. So very kind. Highly recommend if you run into any vehicle issues in this area.”

“I took my car in for a cooling issue . I got the car back the next day and the issue seemed to be fixed. I got in the car to go to work the next morning and I had no heat and the temperature gauge was low. I took the car back to Greenes and they bled the air out of the coolant system. My thermostat is below my alternator on the bottom of the engine. (Gotta love foreign cars) Greenes truck and auto went above and beyond to fix my issue and bleed all the air out of my coolant system . It took several attempts but as I said that system is notorious for being a bear to bleed. I would highly recommend them . If for nothing else just for the fact that they made it right and got my car fixed.”

“I came here for a oil change, and the lady at the front desk was nice and polite and then there was a Technician name I pat He said he’s been here about two weeks but he’s been in this line of work for a while now, but I came in for a oil change while he went above and beyond that he checked my tires and make sure I didn’t have a room or a bad tire, he top me off on Windshield wiper fluid he checked my windshield wipers. He checked my air pressure before I left. I seen him take a paper towel and wipe down the door. Where he left fingerprint and he shook my hand and said if I ever need anything in the future to come back to them and he would treat me as family because he said without family there’s nothing and then there’s an older gentleman that was with him. I don’t remember his name”
