Had a broken spring on a 400 day clock. Took it to Bill's Clockworks and fixed it right up. It's a bit of a drive from Louisville Kentucky, but well worth the trip. Bill also has a good selection of clocks for sale if you're looking for something special, not forgetting to mention that Bill is a great guy to do business with.

Bill is very thorough and professional with my mother-in-law's grandfather clock. He took extra time packing it for our transport as if it was his own. You could tell he loves what he does. I would highly recommend him.

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Bill and went to find a KitCat Klock. He had plenty of options and gave me some great information. He could probably tell you anything about any clock! Very neat to see most of what he had. Even if you aren’t into clocks I highly suggest going to look. Thank you Bill and you will definitely see me again!

First visit, first time meeting Bill; wonderful guy, very cool business/shop! We took a couple old anniversary clocks to him, to see if he can work his magic...he chatted us up for several minutes, even though it was past his normal closing time. Pretty sure he would have welcomed us for longer, if we could have spent the time. I'll try to remember to post a review, after he does the work...here we go...picked up my clocks in October; could have been late September, but my schedule necessitated the delay. Bill "warned" me when he called that my repair bill would be a little higher than the original estimate (which is much better than dropping the bomb when you show up). Clocks definitely show that a professional has worked on them...the man has quite the passion, and does remarkable work. I had to tweak one of them, to dial in it's run speed; but it's working great, and deadly accurate. The second (both Kundo 400-day clocks) has a less than glowing report. It may revisit Bill if I take the time to drive it there; but I have zero doubt that he will treat me fairly. Cannot ask for a better guy, or a better clock "mechanic"!

**** did an excellent job repairing our 400-day anniversary clock. It took us a while to find someone to repair it after we discovered our 1950's era clock hidden away in a pretty much out of reach kitchen cabinet.
