They did a blow out last fall, went to turn water on in the spring and they had screwed the plug in so tight they split the pipe. I called and the lady said it wasn't thier problem. B.S. I would not use them for anything!

Don’t even know where to begin. Had an irrigation system installed late last fall and because the weather was getting colder I chose to have them winterize it upon completion. When I turned it on this spring one of the sprayer heads was leaking badly filling up the pot. I called to have it repaired. Approximately a month later I got a bill for $85 for service. I called to dispute the bill thinking it was just a mistake and they would waive the charges. On the contrary, Cindy the office manager explained that the service charge was warranted. Apparently since I didn’t use them to open my system my warranty was null and void. Even though the system had never been used. I explained to Cindy that the problem was most likely a plumbing issue caused by a plastic burr where pipe connected to the spray head. Her reply was “If you know so much about it why didn’t you simply fix it yourself and save us from having to come out there.” I kid you not, that is a direct quote. You may be attracted to their low price but trust me you’ll end up paying in the long run.

Rick provided a quote and got our irrigation system installed when he said he would. Had a couple minor issues the first year it was operating, Rick and his team took care of things. His pricing is very fair and his co. does good work

Non responsive and turned on our system without us knowing. They left all seven zones on for 30 minutes while we were vacationing. We ended up with a $1273.43 sewer bill. I wish I could sue him for this. Of course, you can’t reach him either. The office doesn’t return calls and if you contact him directly (Rick Weber) you go to voicemail that’s full and can’t leave a message. The builder is the one who used him to install the irrigation system, so we’re under contract. I’ll have to ask him to leave the property if he shows up.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

AAA Irrigation company showed up at my new property end of April which I did not order; Claimed they performed Turn On service & fixed a broken pipe, and finally sent the bill 2 months later end of June; I left the company voice messages that the pipe was not fixed evidenced by 2 sprinkler heads barely getting water pressure and 5/10 sprinklers had to be re-adjusted to spray appropriately as 2 were watering my neighbors driveway and others were watering my neighbors lawn all at 4:30am, so I would not catch these problems. However I did catch these issues, and when Cindy returned my call she said I was the problem! OMG and told me I knew nothing about Irrigation Systems... all this coming from a lady whose never been onsite. After reading through the numerous terrible reviews that echo what is now happening to me, I will be filing an official complaint with the BBB and will be calling another more-reputable Irrigation System Company to fix what they did/did not do.

AAA Irrigation company performed Turn On service & fixed a broken pipe caused by my neighbors new fence; however the pipe was not fixed correctly and 2 sprinkler heads are barely getting water pressure; 5/10 sprinklers had to be re-adjusted to spray appropriately as they were watering my neighbors driveway, the side of my brick home and my other neighbors lawn all at 4:30am, so I would not catch these problems. When I called to ask about fixing these issues, Cindy refused to acknowledge nor address; I asked to escalate to the owner who has not called me back; I now have to hire another sprinkler company at $75/hour to come onsite and fix what they did/did not do.

After being a customer for 5 years I was billed for a service I never received. When I called to question it I didn't receive a call back for over two weeks. Even after explaining that the service was indeed not done I received another bill and never a call back from the owner of the company. They were unable to provide me with a date that they claim the service was even done. I would not recommend this company. Apparently they have more than enough customers and do not mind loosing a loyal one.

Hired AAA for an irrigation project. Project was not completed in some places (drip system for landscape beds) and not installed correctly in other places (drip system, flower basket lines, and lawn lines installed and not adjusted need to be dug up for proper adjustment for left side alignment). Will not return calls or texts. Already paid in Full and he will not respond. Terrible way to run a business!

I have tried to call them 3 times in 2 weeks time to get someone out here to show me the lines of the electric dog fence and sell me two collars with NO return call! The lady who answered the phone said she had no way of knowing if i had an electric fence...... this was after i told her that i knew i did but needed to know where the lines were so i could mark them and train my dog. She took my number each time I called but nothing ever came of it. Very poor customer service!
