Don was great to work with on getting a quote, and dealing with the other driver's insurance to get things approved for my repairs. “I first went in and spoke with Patricia, and immediately I couldn't have been more happy with the information and customer service provided by her. I continued to speak with her periodically until the insurance company finally got my car to the shop. After the vehicle arrived Patricia maintained and continued to keep communication with me. The final week of the project with Patricia out of the office, I spoke with Carl several times and the customer service continued to be excellent. Upon things getting wrapped up we stopped by early on the day of completion to go ahead and pay our portion. My son had to drive to the bank to get a money order because they don't accept debit cards, which I completely understand (they charge 10% of the total charge). Once we got things squared away and my son got his vehicle back we couldn't believe how good it looked and how well it drove. Thank you guys for the speedy process and the amazing outcome as well as everything in between. “Amazing work. The hood of my husband's car was struck by a rock thrown up by the big highway mowers. Left a huge dent in the center of the hood. They fixed it so that you could never tell. And it only took a few days. Highly recommend”

“I had an amazing experience at Bluegrass Collision Center. I was in a unique situation where my car was rear-ended while parked on Bardstown Road as I was stopping through town driving back to Colorado. Bluegrass was able to get me in the next day (everyone else was quoting me 3-4 weeks before they could even see me) and were extremely communicative the entire time my car was in the shop (a little over a month).
I was really impressed and encouraged by my experience with them for multiple reasons: 1) Their customer service was incredible. I was freaking out on the phone after having this very logistically inconvenient accident and Wade was really helpful and calmed me and my worries when I first called them. Derek (I think that was his name) who worked at the front desk was lovely in every interaction I had with him, in person and on the phone. I had to go home to Denver over the roughly 40-60 days they had my car and they communicated with me the whole time. They never even thought for a second about charging me to store my car on the lot while I tried to figure out how to fly to Louisville quickly once my car was ready. 2) My car looked like nothing had happened to it once I got it back--and to this day it drives like a breeze (this happened 3 days before the end of August 2023, got it back beginning of October 2023).

The customer service is the absolute best, the cost for repairs was more than reasonable, my car was finished early, and it now looks amazing.
