They did an amazing job upgrading my SSD to a 2 terabyte drive. Got it back within 3 days since I gave them the upgrade part. I will 100% be coming back. Must go to place to fix or upgrade stuff.

I had my motorola screen replaced. First of all it took 5 days, then I get it back and within 2 days the entire screen just fell out. I've had that happen with a phone before and I glued and taped it back together and it worked. However this screen would not work again. So it was a little cracked and not working. They gave me a "discount" so minute I don't remember what it was. I still paid 100$ . So I bought another phone off amazon so I could just transfer everything and in the mean time use my work phone. I left the twice fixed phone at home so it wouldn't get damaged. This is gonna sound so stupid,but I was checking my email and I guess touched it wrong and it cracked and continues to spider web everyday while getting less and less responsive. It hesitated constantly when I first got it back,they didn't cut me a deal on the 2nd fix,it spontaneously cracked while I was using it, and now it's junk. I was so happy to for once have a spare phone..HA! I'll never go to cracked gadgets again! I got a new phone cheaper than what I spent there. Oh and to top it off,the slide where the sim card goes ,wasn't in the phone when it came back. LOL! They suck ,they don't care and what happened the first time with my phone should not have been just dicounted,the screen came out! Not busted ...came out and I had to pay for it to be fixed. Whatever screw this place...no stars

I had a great experience here when I went in to get my husband’s iPhone repaired. It had been run over in the road and the LCD was completely smashed to shards. The customer service was great. Sheldon was very professional, polite and efficient. The pricing was straight-forward and affordable. They had the needed replacement parts in stock and they were able to completely repair the phone the same day. It’s as good as new. I will definitely use them in the future and refer my friends and family to them as well.

Did not attempt to clean computer after paying for it to be cleaned and waiting 3 weeks to be cleaned, nothing changed besides a few broken keys they never put back on and were not broken when the computer was given to them.

This place is amazing, Great staff and great service. I dropped off my son PS5 on Monday and it was ready on Friday. HDMI port repaired and working like a charm. Thanks for the service.

These men are AMAZING! I had a Build a Bear my son gave me at age 6 with his child voice telling me, Merry Christmas. But after 28 years the batteries died & the employee at Build A Bear tried to replace them BUT broke a connector. CRACKED GADGETS REPAIRED IT & RETRIVED HIS MESSAGE! I was filled with tears of JOY & Appreciation. They have us as a customer for life!10 STARS FROM US!tears filled with happiness.
