Amazing quick work when I took my dog Rip. They gave him X-rays right away called me back with the update took him to another vet for surgery but unfortunately the damage was too great. Took him back to Cross Creek and they put my boy down for me. We had him cremated an I got him back today. Thanks to ALL the staff fer making my visit the best possible way in sucks a tragic loss to my family. We will recommend yall a come back with future pets on the farm!! Thank you all!!

Dr Pepin and Amanda are very caring and have seen us through some dog emergencies. The entire staff is great and the prices are very reasonable.

This is a very affordable place to take your animals.... I was able to spay and neuter all my animals here.... Very helpful, knowledgeable staff .... Even helped my sick kitty.... Just an all around friendly place ... You will have to leave a message if you call... They always call me back.... Mostly with in an hour.... Driveway is pretty narrow.... But it's beautiful country out that way.... Definitely recommend this veterinary and their practice.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! They have taken absolutely phenomenal care of my dog dealing with heart failure in her old age. I can’t thank Dr. Pepin and Alex, the vet tech, enough for their kindness, patience with all my questions, and expertise. Having a dog with heart failure can be devastating but they have helped me give my dog comfort and I’ll never be able to thank them enough for that. Alex took his time with any questions and concerns I had. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They are affordable, quick to respond/help get you in as quickly as possible(even with staying so busy, it shows how dedicated and great you all are! ), and know what they are doing most of all! Their service is top notch. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Pepin and staff!

Really disappointed in our visits. I'm new to the area and this clinic came highly recommended. First visit the tech came to the car to take my dogs into the clinic for their yearly shots and exam. You are not allowed to go into the clinic with your pet. He said one of my dogs heart murmur was okay and no need to medicate him. 2 weeks later my dog started having symptoms of a UTI. I wanted his heart checked again to make sure it was still okay while he was there. Dr. Peppin came back and said he had a UTI and his heart murmur had progressed to a stage 4 and needed several medications. Obviously upset by this I got a second opinion and his heart murmur is not as severe as Dr. Peppin has said. Among other things that were said we will not be returning. Use caution and get a second opinion if Dr. Peppin says there is something seriously wrong with your pet.

READ ME FIRST!
The one or two reviews below complaining about the drive up the hill or parking, these factors are fine for people who can actually drive. Besides, if you care more about parking and a hill than the care of your pet, then go somewhere else. My wife called 7 different vets and Cross Creek were the only ones that would take our dog in. They stayed in constant contact with us on the phone. They kept our dog all night long, gave him fluids and cared for him. We had taken him to a different vet 5 days before and they did not do half of what Dr. Pepin did and the bill was twice as much at the alternative vet. If you find this hard to believe then go see for yourself and do yourself a favor and visit Cross Creek. They gained not only us as a client but my Mother in Law as well because of how highly my wife spoke of them. We found this clinic through recommendations only and thankful we did. I can't possibly say enough great things about Dr. Peppin, Amanda, and all the rest of the staff! They are professional, kind, and courteous in the highest order.
It can become very busy at times on her driveway. Just stay calm, and remember that traffic coming up the driveway has right of way to downbound cars. Patience on our part is the key to making it all work. It's tight quarters up there in their house's driveway.

I just want to share my experience. This is going to be hard. My Great Dane Dexter got very sick I took him to Cross Creek, unfortunately there was nothing they could do, do to his diagnosis. Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep. I can't say enough good things about the doctor she called me and explained everything that was wrong with my sweet boy. When I made the decision the next day to put him down I can't say enough about the young man that had to give the shot, he was so caring, patient and compassionate, he explained everything that I needed to know in such a caring way. One of the worst things I've ever had to make the decision to do, I'm so glad I made the decision to bring him here for his final time. We did it outside under a shade tree. It truly was a beautiful place to have to do the unthinkable. ???
