This has been a go to spot since they opened, simply because of convenience and the salon is nicely appointed and clean. However, lately the service seems to be declining. If you need a quick mani/pedi, this is not the place to go. They have always been slow compared to other places, but that never bothered me so much. Now, they’re incredibly slow and the service is very inconsistent between people. It truly depends on who you get if you’re going to get a proper callus scrub or even a second coat to your white French tip, or even a top coat to finish it off. I arrived 2 minutes after they opened only to wait 45 minutes for someone to fill the water in my bowl for a pedi. I was literally packing up my stuff to leave when they came over to add the water. Then, the girl didn’t even do a top coat polish to finish the French pedi. Yes, I could have said something…but this was the third time there has been an issue, so that was my deciding factor to find another place. I did my own top coat when I got home. Not only that, if you advertise opening at a certain time, your staff should be there ready to go. Not wander in 30-45 minutes later…which was largely the reason for the wait. Would still go here, but now only as a last resort.

I went to Lavish for a gel manicure/pedicure. While the facility is beautiful and clean and service is quick, the nail tech completing my service was very frustrating. While I was looking at the gel colors, the tech approached me and kept pushing the dip powder. Once I chose a color and clearly indicated which manicure/pedicure I wanted by pointing to the “menu” she provided, she continued to push for the dip manicure, as well as a higher priced service. Throughout the entire process she continued to attempt to upsell me. She asked so many times that I finally asked her if I was understanding her correctly, to which she continued to say the same thing. It was to the point that I was not even able to relax throughout the process. During the pedicure and manicure she continually used her ungloved hands/nails to scrape the excess paint from the edge of my nails, which was painful and unhygienic. I expressed this concern to her (politely), and she either did not understand, or pretended not to. I realize I could have left and stopped the process, but I didn’t want to cause a scene or leave with unfinished nails. It is now day 3 after the manicure and all of my nails are chipping excessively.
I rarely write negative reviews, but the service I was provided was not high quality. I can typically tolerate frustrations, but the pain, the upselling, and general quality were so poor I that I will not be returning.

I liked my nails but she hurt me taking off a set she ran her fingernails under my pinky nail instead of the gel nail and i started bleeding she acted like she didn't see the blood and was talking about me to her co worker in Vietnamese

I decided to treat myself to a pedicure before going on vacation. The pedicure itself was fine and just to document that I got this done on Monday 6/9 and as I’m on vacation right now almost all of my gel polish is already gone. I noticed that all of the polish on my left foot had already come off on Wednesday and it’s now Thursday 6/12 and all of my polish on both feet is gone. This was an expensive waste of money and I’m disappointed that I spent the time and the money for a pedicure for it to only last 2 days at most. It should not cost over $60 for polish that doesn’t even last a week. Very disappointed

Just a tip if you decide to receive a service here, I usually get satisfactory results on the pedicures, however a few weeks ago I had terrible service, the guy must have been new but he removed his “mistake” polish twice before applying the right one, which looks like a 7 year old smeared paint on my toes..I paid for the spa pedicure with massage, I got nothing in that respect, I work too hard to waste money. I know Things happen, I get it. So I asked for another service at no charge. The owner agreed and understood, and apologized. he knew it was awful looking. but…. A redo must be on his time, not yours. If you need another service for good reason, don’t expect to get it when you have availability, he told me because I didn’t come back when he thought I should he would not honor it, I work two jobs and my daughter had a baby last week.. not that I need an excuse. So, I won’t be back, there are too many places to go that provide good service and can correct mistakes when required on your time as it should be.

I had a basic pedi with gel polish and tips added to both of my big toes on 5/18/25
I specifically asked for the male employee who always does my pedicures. He was not working yesterday. I asked the lady who greeted me if someone else could put the tips on and was told they could do it. The lady who worked on me could not understand what I wanted and tried to made a toenail on my right big toe without putting a tip on first. I said that’s not what I want and not what I asked for. A male employee asked me what was wrong and I told him when I checked in I asked if they could put tips on and was told yes. He kept trying to tell her what I wanted and finally he asked me if I wanted tips put on my two toes. I said yes that’s what I get every time I come here and that’s why I asked for the employee I asked for. She had to take the dremmel to the mess she had made on my right foot. The photos are what my right foot looks like today. I paid $66.00 for that ridiculous mess.
Why? Because I just wanted to get out and knew it would be a phone call to the police if I opened my mouth and said what I wanted to say.
Lesson learned! Don’t go there!
They badger you to get other higher priced services done after you tell them what you want.

Went there with my fiancée and mother in law as a treat since I came in from out of town. Got a gel set and feel like I was overcharged for being an out of towner and paid $88 for nails that came off a week later. Never going back here when I come back to visit.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have been going here for months now with no issues until today. Today getting my pedi the lady was rude and kept yanking on my feet then cut my foot twice. Then she happened to also do my mani and cut my cuticle real bad. Instead of clipping the skin around the cuticle like you are supposed too she was pulling it off. Eric was not there today and it was very busy but no excuse to rush through so fast that she cut me multiple times. I think I will take a break from this salon for a bit.
Stylist: The older lady with dark black hair and glasses. Not tammy. I'm not sure of this ladies name.

I love going here. The ladies are very nice, and they don't rush you, no matter how busy it gets. I always get Jo for my nails. She loves a design challenge, and does an amazing job creating what I ask.

SEE UPDATE!!
Worst nails ever!!! Paid way too much for this bullcrap on my nails. The design looks terrible and my nails aren't smooth like they should be. Will never go back. Also this isn't my first bad experience the last time I went in I basically got shamed for getting tips done(my nails have always been brittle) I told the tech this and she said I needed to use daily products which I don't have time for.
UPDATE: went back the next day and my nails were fixed by Eric the owner was not charged at all for the fixed nails. They look 100% better but I hate the fact that I had to go back and get them redone.
