Terri and her office have always taken good care of me. Their customer service is excellent. I never have trouble reaching them when I need them. State Farm also is a quality, honest insurance company that won't try to wait out insurance claims until the statute of limitations runs out. They will pay when it is your fault and they won't hassle you when your full coverage requires funds recovery for you. You really cannot go wrong with Terri and her crew at State Farm!

I've had State Farm for over 30 years and never had any problems ,Terri took over for Wayne many years ago that was in my agent in New Albany when he retired, and she has always been there for all the Emmetts , and that's more than 10 years now .Thanks Terri
