Frustrated with my service for $47.70 at The UPS Store 3785 in Floyd’s Knobs. Sent my son important documents that he needed in 2 days in San Diego. The documents went from Louisville to Orlando and then back to Louisville and then to California and then finally to San Diego 5 days later. I could have paid $10 for USPS for priority and it would have gotten there sooner. I ended up calling UPS customer service four times and getting 4 different answers with me ultimately talking to both Sam and the manager Joseph at The UPS Store with their customer recovery being that 2nd air is not guaranteed and when I signed the pad I agreed to that with no further customer recovery. Joesph actually said to me that there was nothing he could do for me and “He was hanging up and ending the call”. After working in customer service for 25 years I am stunned that this how I was treated. Sorry- UPS store you no longer have my business.

I've never felt compelled to review a UPS store but I visit this one every so often for Amazon returns and the employees are always so helpful and polite that I wanted to give them 5 stars. I go out of my way to visit this location over others that are closer!

My colleague had called in an order to the Floyds knobs location and was told it would be ready for pick up the next day. It was needed for work and was fairly time sensitive. Apparently it did not get passed along to the employees for the next day and the printer was having problems and I went to pick it up right before they closed and called just a few minutes ahead so they could have it ready for pick up and the young lady that answered the phone said it was not available because the printer had been down and no one had told them to print the order. Zoe and Cheyenne made sure to stay and find a way to get the blueprints printed that I needed even though they had to work late. I was very appreciative for their time and the professionalism that they showed as young adults. It was not their fault that the job was not completed, but they found a way to get it done for me so I could continue to conduct business. Mr. Schmelz should be proud of these two employees, and I wish more places had employees that had professionalism and as good of work ethic and as these two young ladies. They turned a bad review into a great review, and I will be back to do business here in the future.

went there on a Saturday (when people who work during the week might have to go to ship their package)....only 2 young adults were working and the line of customers was at least 6 or 7 people long. The young employees were chatting with the current customers as if there was no one else waiting to be served. I had to leave because it would have made me very late to work if I had waited. It would have been advisable on a Saturday, to have another clerk. Another man walked out before I did.

The folks at the UPS store are always friendly and helpful. I do a lot of returns from Amazon through this store and I’m always in and out of there quickly. I would recommend this store for all your UPS needs.

There is a young man who has worked there a long time, and he is usually very helpful. Perhaps I caught him at a bad time, but he really seemed rather rude. My return label was not printed correctly so he was going to have to manually enter the numbers (it took maybe 10 seconds) and he said he would do it this time but no more. I have worked a long time and I think I would gladly do such a simple thing for a customer. (There was no line behind me). Perhaps it was the Christmas rush, or the fact that I am old, or perhaps the pretty girl whom he waited on who was in front of me, but it just didn't come across very nicely that he had to "put himself out" to help with my label.Sorry to complain, but it seemed like such a quick fix and I've NEVER caused trouble before.
