Same as a lot of others. They claim inaccessibility, but my ring camera says they never showed up. Now they have mail running all hours of the day. Mail truck running late in the evening. This place is terrible.

It's totally irritating when your expecting a delivery via UPS and then they hand it off to USPS. Once USPS gets it you get notification that your package is out for delivery and the next notice you get states post office attempted delivery, no access to to delivery location, then local weather delay.

Crazy how I have a gate at the end of my driveway that was left open all day so they can deliver.. Get a notification saying, "No Access to delivery location"... Check my cameras and what do you know they slow down and drive right past my driveway, Gate open.. Clear as day... How hard is it?!?!. I guess it's easier to lie then to just do your job...

Last year our delivery person broke the lid on our mailbox. I submitted a complaint and received an e-mail from the postmaster stating her carrier denied responsibility. We purchased a new lid (at our own expense) and over the following 8 months it's been slowly getting destroyed, again, by the carrier. I arrived home yesterday to find the lid completely broken off of the box. Immediately I drove up to the post office to complain and a message was left for the postmaster to call me. This morning I received a voicemail from Melissa stating her carrier told her our "lid was acting weird," but it was "fine" and "closed." Again, both our carrier and postmaster refused to be held accountable. The law states USPS is liable for damage and is supposed to compensate the homeowner. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to pursue further action. However, I will say that regardless of my decision, the carrier will obviously continue to abuse our property including not even bothering to consistently close the lid so our mail doesn't get damaged by rain/snow.

I had a delayed / missing package that was supposed to be 2-day. Not sure her name, but a lady at this office (maybe Robin?) not only reached out to where it was last scanned, but followed up with me and went above and beyond to help me track down an important Christmas package. And to top it off, she was so kind and made the experience so much better!!!Now that is amazing customer service. Thank you!

I can understand not delivering mail due to weather, but to say you made an "attempt at delivery" and leave no notice, nor did you show up on any of my outside video feeds...ALL DAY...is being very dishonest. So, because of your failure to deliver my mail (going on three days now), I am missing important paperwork critical for my business. This on top of the mis-delivered mail, missing mail, packages left under the mailbox on the ground, and backing into my mailbox knocking it over - doesn't leave me with a lot of confidence in your competence.

Thr older lady that works there is one of the rudest people I've ever done business with. I drive my mail to the post office in another town so I don't have to deal with her.

Floyds Knobs Postal Service Delivery Driver: Broke our mailbox lid, in the process of breaking the new lid, repeatedly fails to fully close the lid (wet/damaged mail), lost a pay check and lastly, too lazy to get out of their truck to deliver packages to the door (so we get them late/whenever they feel like delivering). Definitely getting the point of feeling the need to file a complaint with the USPS Office of Inspector General (especially with the holidays coming).

The staff at this location is great! I have used a lot of the Louisville USPS locations but none have workers as good as this one. I came in the other day during lunchtime with four packages to deliver, and I was out in 3 minutes. Very kind man helped me out. And the place is well organized and clean, keep up the good work!

C.B. is always helpful, but when he isn’t able to make it to the counter yesterday I got some snot nosed lady who wouldn’t do me any help to find out why my package arrived in Louisville and went back to Memphis Tennessee.

The United States Postal Service gets a bum rap in general, but the Floyds Knobs location is top shelf! When I need to modify a change of address or a mail hold online and the website isn't working properly, I can always call to this Post Office directly and speak to a person who handles my issue in a second. I've never been to this Post Office when the counter attendants didn't have great attitudes and were very helpful. This place is "A-plus".

USPS is not what it used to be. They definitely don’t measure up to their competitors.
