The cashiers up front are AMAZING! The pharmacy is an absolute joke. I have called corporate at least 6 times and nothing helps. I am now using Jay C and O.M.G. they have been nothing short of great. If Jay C takes your insurance you should consider switching.

The pharmacy is terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. I called trying to give my husband’s information to help them and my husband before he got there, sat on the phone for 20 minutes and they never even acknowledged me. My husband sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes at least to be told we don’t know when it will be ready. Rule#1 you don’t ever tell a customer, “I don’t know!,” Ever! Someone there knows the answer, stop being lazy and ask questions. Then when I get fed up enough to call another pharmacy they cannot get through to them to even get it transferred. Now I am trying to get a hold of the doctor to recall it in to another pharmacy. All of this for frigging legend drug. I could understand if it was controlled. You want good service go to the small mom and pop pharmacies not the big commercial ones. They all suck!

After an ER trip for fluids and double ear infection for my husband, We were waiting on antibiotics eardrops from another pharmacy. It was delayed and they weren't gonna get it for 3 more days. I was very desperate! When Cedrick heard of the terrible situation we were in he worked his magic and got the prescription transferred and filled that evening! My own pharmacy didn't offer to help until he called them! He showed us grace when we needed him the most! Thank you Cedric and your sweet staff! You all ROCK!

Not open past 6 on Saturday and closed Sunday. Even though they tell you they have prescriptions ready for pick up. Terrrrrible.

I had a frustrating experience at Walgreens Pharmacy recently. After receiving a call that my prescription was ready for pickup, I arrived only to find it was not ready at all.
The lack of organization and communication among the staff was evident, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes with no clear updates. Some employees were less than courteous, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Overall, my experience was highly unreliable and disappointing. I will be switching pharmacies and hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

Reserved time for Covid booster and annual flu shot. The wait was long but the shots were administered professionally and pleasantly.

Needed an antibiotic filled for my daughter’s strep throat. It was an hour before closing and they were busy but they made sure to get it filled for me. I interacted with three different people in the pharmacy and they were all polite and friendly. I appreciate the great service, especially in today’s world.

This at one time was a reliable pharmacy. Now as long as you start filling a perscription 4 weeks in advance you might get them. Today I witnessed the employees being rude to an out of town worker who was stranded here and trying to get necessary medication.

I don't recommend this Walgreens because their pharmacy is closed till Tuesday due to staffing and the only place it says that is on their building. Please say it other places besides there.
