called to get prescription filled they said the codes are wrong for member and spouse showing as non dependent or receipient, rx provider called to speak with the nurse at the window for walgreens to call rx help desk to get correct rx info, the walgreens rep laughed.

Worst Walgreens experience ever. They have two lanes, but wait on four customers in lane one before waiting on one customer in lane two. Why even have the second lane? Told them I had two meds to pick up, only sent out one med with no context. The employees are rude & do not seem to care. No wonder they have a 2 star review.

The two blonde technicians are terrible. I wish I looked at their name tags. Can't enter insurance correctly. Never once tried to contact me to fix insurance when they knew I was waiting in the store.
