I went there today, waited until 8:15am and they never opened, sign said they were supposed to open at eight. Including myself, there were five people waiting outside. When I was leaving, so were three other customers; that’s a good way to lose business.

It’s ok they go through managers every few months as well as employees. The new manager is nice to customers, however I’ve heard her discussing employees with other employees at checkout. Very unprofessional in my opinion

Never open during posted hours. I went to store at 9 and doors were locked with a generic closed sign on the doot.

I spend more time trying to find an employee to check me out than I spend shopping. This has been my experience 99% of the time. The location makes the place ideal for me, the only reason I go back. The most frustrating business I’ve ever been a patron of.

The workers now expect you to use the self service check out. There are ALWAYS racks of un stocked items ALL over the store, so you are always having to move racks of unstocked item, just to reach the item that you are needing. They need to figure out a way to work on 1 or 2 racks at a times before filling the entire place with racks so that you cannot get through the aisles.

Hear that they are closing most of the stores in Indiana, management from main office has told store managers to shut off ac units and tell customers (when they are open) that ac units are not working and parts have been ordered, this is a corporate lie.. shop at dollar tree in Princeton people or buy from Holiday foods.

It's a shame that the store in fort Branch is not open as they posted a note on their door, I was a regular customer but no more, I'll spend my money at Holiday foods in haubstat from now on.

2 year update. As you can see from the latest photo things have only declined. Very poorly managed. As I said before only reason this place is even open is because it's the only thing around.Don't get me wrong the store is great. But it's the only option in ft branch and there is only ever one person working the register. So just be prepared to wait in extended lines for expended periods of time.
