My wife and I had a fraudulent call from scam artists that did get our account information. The scam call came from Portage, IN and believe me, they are very good at scamming! Having said that, when we realized we had been taken advantage of, we reached out to Sara Murphy, Sara was extremely helpful with closing our infected account and opening a new account within an hour while we were at the North Anthony branch. Sara understood our frustration and made us feel very comfortable! Once again, thank you to the 1st Source employees and Sara Murphy!!!

Was pretty rude actually!! My son went to go in and open a bank account and she told him to come back at 4 and there wasnt a single customer inside or even in the drive thru!! Went right across the street and opened with ProFed!! Your loss 1st source!!

never have i ever been treated with such disrespect from a MANAGER!!! Sarah was absolutely rude and completely judgmental of me and my family, so much so to the point she called the police when we explained we were upset. i do want to point out that rest of the staff was super friendly, it was specifically sarah. mind you the reason my mom was upset was because we have verified her charges and identity so many times at this location and they continuously fail to correct their “information” in the system which lead to her not being withdraw or use her debit card. so tell me why we just went to a different location in town and they were incredibly helpful and allowed us to complete the withdrawal she needed. makes no sense to me, sounds like straight up discrimination.
