Molly helped me with a question I had for what I believed was an extraordinarily long hold (9 days) on a business deposit. This happened at a different branch. Molly said she’d investigate to see if the length was necessary. She called me back later in the day and was able to help me have access to the funds in a much more reasonable time. She went above and beyond and I appreciate that, very much!
